Tuscawilla Homeowners' president Warner still can't accept loss !
Since the Khemlani/Warner defeat by the residents of the Dyson Drive area in their vote against being annexed by Winter Springs, and not allowing Khemlani to spend more money in the TLBD farce, they have gone out of their way to interfere with a County project ---- the improvement of the Dyson Drive area.
Not known by most Tuscawilla residents, Khemlani and Warner spent $5,000 of Homeowner's money to form a "Political Action Committee" with the City, to try and annex the Dyson area people into the City of Winter Springs. There were many other motives behind this "PAC" than just the annexation, which are too numerous to mention here.
Khemlani is mad because he can't spend any more ( no bid ) money on the TLBD farce !
The letter below shows the continued attack by the THOA in an area they don't even belong. The letter itself is a rambling, confusing, and an ill-written document --- which has been ignored by the County. We thought you would like to view it further for there is very questionable mentality of these individuals. It's revealing in their relentless efforts to gain total control, and reeks of "power plays" by Moti and his gang.

Is THOA President Mervin Warner, a Khemlani Klone, now declaring the sidewalks on Tuscawilla Road as sovereign property of the THOA TAJ MAHAL ?
Tuscawilla Homeowners' President Mervin Warner, the Moti Khemlani protégé, has once again made an arrogant statement that has to be brought to the attention of the citizens of Winter Springs. This incident only furthers the THOA's claim that they control the voting in this city. Warner places HIMSELF as the dictatorial head of this non-democratic régime. Now remember --- it's his boss Moti Khemlani who keeps reminding everyone of this Country's great DEMOCRACY.
The October issue of the propagandized, distorted, slanted, despicable (no this is not about the City taxpayers' "INSIDER" ), declining publication called the "Tuscawilla Today" has hit an all time low. Why the people of Tuscawilla allow their money to be used for this non-registered "Political Action Committee " publication is either a show of apathy, or complete unawareness of the use of their Associations' moneys. Consider the following --- which has been verified, and is now documented.
At the recent Candidates Night, October 24th, in the huge dining room at the Tuscawilla Country Club, held by the Tuscawilla Homeowners Association, in conjunction with the League of Women Voters, THOA President Mervin Warner again tried to stifle Freedom.
After telling a group of firemen, earlier this month (10/14/02), that HE controls who is elected in the City of Winter Springs, he now tells them ---- HE decides what questions will be asked of the candidate at the THOA meeting. This was a "public meeting" and, as such, anyone interested in the upcoming elections had the right to be there. Not only did HE screen the questions to be asked, but HE even changed the wording on one.

This event was held in the main dining room of the Country Club. It was published on the front page of the October issue, so it was not a spur-of-the-moment meeting. Now this room has a capacity of approximately 300 people as seated at the October 24th THOA gathering. In evaluating the draw of the "Tuscawilla Today", and the power of the Tuscawilla HOA President to control the outcome of the voting in the City of Winter Springs PFGG did a little investigating of the attendance at the meeting.
It was amazing. Not counting City employees (approx 3), nor the candidates, nor the other City officials WITH spouses, there was approximately 27 people in attendance. But, the more interesting figure was --
there were five (5) people who do not apply to the above categories !
way to go Mervin --- no wonder you are so feared !

Why the THOA's charade of holding a candidates night ? The THOA had a full front page this month of the two people they were endorsing --- the Gennell/McGinnis coalition --- with their pictures. |

That October issue stated right on the front it was a ----- "THOA Member issue" (?). |

It again used the USA's No. 1 City in it's category --- which they never have or can PROVE. That line was created by the joint effort of Moti "the Ying Yang Man" Khemlani with City assistance by his side kick "Referendum" Ronnie McLemore --- City Manager. After all, it was McLemore who fixed the TLBD vote. |

The issue even had on the front page the "postponed" Grand Dedication of the front entrance of the great project now known as the Taj Mahal. One has to assume what Moti told the Northern Way people is true --- the TLBD is out of money! They have to wait for the tax assessments that are collected from YOU ! |

One candidate, not supported by the THOA, was not even informed of this meeting until October the 18th at 1:40 in the afternoon. This is surprising since, THOA President Warner contacted an officer of PFGG for the phone number of the candidate ----- ON OCTOBER THE 16th. |

Mr. Warner told two firefighters in attendance -- "this was his meeting and HE decides the questions". |

President Warner sat at the end of the table, and HE did change the wording of one question --- the question related to the cost of the wall at the WS Olympic swimming pool (retention pond) behind City Hall. |

here's one that is really puzzling !
During this meeting at the Country Club, the firefighters had two representatives present. Now remember, THIS WAS A PUBLIC MEETING. There is no way one could be refused admittance, nor asked to leave. The fact that the "Tuscawilla Today" had a hidden clause "THOA Member issue" means nothing. That's a flat out lie. That rag is sent all over the City to "selected" people, and delivered to City Hall for distribution. We have copies sent to nonmembers and records supporting this fact. The THOA distribution figures alone is supportive evidence. What followed and was witnessed was highly questionable.
The two firefighters were approached by Warner, and asked if they lived in the City of Winter Springs. Was the implication here, one would assume, if they weren't City residents they should leave ? "Isn't it a fact, that Dr. Daniel Torres, a newly-elected THOA director lives in Oviedo?" They were told they could ask no questions by the THOA president. They were warned that there were to be no questions related to the firefighters in in anyway. Mr. Warner warned the two firefighters if they asked questions ---
" THE POLICE WOULD BE CALLED " !
