money used for some entrances will never be seen from any major highway or road! all but four are hidden!
commissioners had no idea of the below comments, and chose to ignore that problems existed in the TLBD beautification project.
the city building inspector caught gross building shortcuts in TLBD project. graphic pictures show poor workmanship in the "TUSCAWILLA beautification project"!
the $2,400,000 DOLLAR + fountains being built by TLBD committee were a scam !
pictures of that construction - blunder/plunder - show "shoddy workmanship", and your assessment taxes were - misused - by not building to specifications !
pictures are posted on the web site ------ here !

who paid for the mistakes -- the architect & contractor ?
congratulations to the building inspector -- there is an honest person left in city hall not controlled by political strong arms, and the THOA board of directors !
publishers note:
(This honest inspector's supervisor is a member of the city's advisory staff -- appointed by the city manager to assist and oversee this project. this project needs more than city oversight. )
pfgg did take pictures of the shoddy/sloppy workmanship as did the city's inspector. his pictures are very revealing, and graphic. should you wish to view the city's pictures, they are designated in the inspection records as "TUSCAWILLA wall 09_26_01 - #1 thru #20" on file at city hall in the building department.

TUSCAWILLA BEAUTIFICATION
assessment monies were misused & construction errors plagued this public tax paid project ?
what will the next thirty-years be like ?
do you have your free horse-shoe driveway yet ?
With the imminent completion of the Winter Springs Boulevard/Tuscawilla Road intersection, work was done on removing trees, and bushes from the medians on Winter Springs Boulevard. that Raises A QUESTION --- Are they going to go ahead and redo the medians, using your tax assessment money, and then used the one-cent Seminole County sales tax to rip up those very medians to put in turning lanes? The cost of putting in the lanes is -- $1.8 million dollars. Plans for the beautification project do not show left-hand turning lanes.
Another question would be—How much of your assessment monies was used to improve private properties, in return for granting an easement for signage? We know that properties on either side of Trotwood Boulevard gained their own brick walls that you paid for in the City Manager's crooked voting scheme.
At Shetland Avenue and Citrus Road intersection, for granting a wall easement, the property owner on the corner lot got a free horseshoe-shaped driveway? Who paid for the clearing and building on this lot? You DID !
How generous of you !
(The above article is for informational purposes only. This project has already consumed the millions of Tuscawilla Homeowners' tax dollars as run by their Homeowners Association --- without any public input. It was the TLBD Committee/Khemlani/SRI connection that had their own way in the "rigged vote" project --- (courtesy of the Winter Springs City Manager McLemore --- who pulled the votes that would have defeated the whole tasteless project ).
