Moti says Gene Lein of Tuscawilla filed a lawsuit against the City of Winter Springs.     Moti definitely is the "ying Yang Man"  of Tuscawilla ----- that statement was a lie !     For your information great "Ying Yang Man " -- it was a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT !     The Tuscawilla Homeowners' Association actually did file a lawsuit against the City of Winter Springs, which cost the over $2,000,000.     Remember that one. Moti ?

Moti says he's afraid Gene Lein might get appointed to the TLBD.    What are you afraid of, Moti ?    Think he would catch some of the extravagant overrun costs, because there are NO BIDS issued?    Is somebody getting a kick-back on all the NO BID contracts ?    McLemore's Tallahassee attorney group was even on a no bid basis.

Moti says if it wasn't for the Tuscawilla Homeowners Association there wouldn't be a TLBD.     That's a lie, Moti!    City Manger Ronnie McLemore pulled out votes that would have changed the outcome.   There were over 63 votes he threw out.     The TLBD then only won by nine (9) votes.     That's a fact, Moti !

Moti wrote that City Manager Ronnie McLemore says "The City believes the citizens of Winter Springs always deserve to know the truth."    He can say it without worry, because the citizens are NOT told the truth !     Moti, ask Ronnie McLemore how much the City is in debt ?     You won't get the truth on that question.

Moti, you wrote the Winter Springs Commission voted to raise taxes on October 1st, 2002 "to make the Winter Springs firefighters the highest paid in Seminole County".     Gosh Moti --- THREE  LIES  in one sentence --- you must be on a roll !    The raised taxes were to cover the UNCHECKED  spending by the City Manager, and the firefighters are the LOWEST paid in the County.      Oh yes, the third lie --- the Commission didn't meet on October 1st,  2002.

The "great fable"  that Moti and Ronnie McLemore concocted about Winter Springs being "Number One in the USA" is the biggest lie of all times.    Moti, you wrote that McLemore says "citizens deserve to know the truth" ----- so tell them the truth about that big lie you two dreamed up.

Moti, you write about all the boards and experience of your candidate McGinnis, but here again you can't even tell the truth.    She was appointed to ALL those boards by Cindy Gennell.    She must be the only person Gennell knows.

Your Tuscawilla Today states the firefighters are the highest paid --- in the County.     Another lie !       Why don't you give them the facts about your friend McLemore who just (October) had his 2001 pay raised to $141,000 per year, and is coming back for another raise this month.      To think people thought Jesse James was bad.    Ronnie McLemore's raise and benefits were well over $21,000 per year.

Somebody has to improve the work environment in City Hall.   Obviously the City Manager couldn't ( see sexual harassment), and the City is constantly losing good people.   I guess the Commission and City Manager are concerned about "good" people.    They  spend money hiring McLemore consultants to tell them what to do, and then accomplish nothing.     Maybe the City needs a NEW City Manager.

Moti, you write of the contribution of $250.00 to the Partyka campaign.    Did you ever look at the Gennell contributions ?   Remember she started in November 2001.    Some of her large contributions have a familiar odor to them --- such as developers, attorneys, politicians, land management companies, County Tax Collector, contractors, billboard company, in-kind use of facilities (always a good dodge), realtors, special interest, printers, and I think her husband even gave her a couple of bucks.  

About campaign finances ---- did you ever reveal the fact that you were fined over $4,000 by the Florida Elections Commission for "Kiting checks" during your run for City Commission?    That wasn't the only fine levied against the Tuscawilla Homeowners Association ---- was it, Moti ?     Want me to publish the documents on our web site ?

Moti, has any of your candidate endorsements ever spent any time at the 33rd Street jail facility booked on a "AGGRAVATED ASSAULT (With A Deadly Weapon)" charge?     Cindy Gennell has.     Has any of your endorsed candidates ever been thrown off a homeowners' board of directors for "Compromising a Bidding Process" ?    Cindy Gennell has.    Got those papers too ---- want us to put them on our web site ?

Your candidate Gennell is currently under investigation by the Florida State Ethics Commission.

Moti, one of your candidates was working for the property management company, collecting a salary, while sitting on the Highland Board of Directors, and voting on decisions that were in conflict, as a property management employee.     But, of course, in your devious, deceitful mind that was okay.     Not according to law, however, she had to resign.    Wasn't that the candidate YOU endorsed --- Sally McGinnis ?

The M & M boys ( Miller/Martinez/McGinnis) are pacing the streets of Tuscawilla spreading lies about one of their opponents.     Hasn't anyone taught Commissioner Miller the meaning of "LIBEL" yet ?     Forgot --- he probably wouldn't understand such terminology.      He probably doesn't care either --- he and his buddies are losing control of their underhanded governing of the City of Winter Springs.   ( See Miller )

Moti, your "Ying Yang" mentality has saturated your brain.     In the "Tuscawilla Today" you have Gene Lein, and PFGG running against the THOA for City office.     I know we're not running for anything, but every since your election defeat you must still be running.      Thank goodness you live on a dead end street.     With all the unintelligent babbling you write ------  you're going nowhere !

Has the IRS investigated the THOA yet, Moti?     We have ALL your tax returns ----- they should investigate your financial shenanigans.     About time for another FEC investigation too --- isn't it Moti ?     Save your money !

Khemlani of the Tuscawilla Homeowners' Association continues his political attacks.   Will he miss his [ "MGM" ] Commission vote --- starring "Billboard Gennell" ?     The MGM vote has her hand-picked replacement in the wings with the "Billboards" stand-in ------  Sally McGinnis !
