Do City Officials Have A good Answer ?

 

        A Portrait Painted with Deceit, Destruction, and Masked in Dishonesty !

 

        The below is a quote by a City Official that really brings to mind many questions regarding the con scam project controlled behind closed doors by the dais of the City of Winter Springs.   This is lead by City Manager McLemore, and his "legal eagle"--- city attorney ---- Anthony "Boom-Boom" Garganese.

        Now, PFGG is NOT giving you the source of this quote made by a "politician/official" on the dais.   It is for you to try and figure out --- WHO --- WHEN --- and WHERE !     Should you be able to judge which one of the exalted "princes/princesses" on the dais, or maybe even "King" McLemore, you may drop us an email with your guess, and PFGG will respond , and PUBLISH it!    The selection of names is HUGE!

        Also, when arriving at an answer, ask yourself is this a commissioner, who made 2.3 million dollars on a "Tiny Town" project, an elected official seeking yet another term in an "elected (?)" position, or merely a city official who loves to hear such spoken  misguided  words of wisdom that only proves one thing ---

 

        "Tiny Town" was built below the "high" standards that is BETTER than the miscues of city officials acting as micro-managing engineers --- instead of governing the best way they know how --- for the people they represent!     "Tiny Town" -- based on the below statement -- is a "sub-standard" project?   It is time, and over twenty-two (22) million dollars later, for the people take back their town!     

CITY OFFICIALS make you aware of that fact every time they open their mouths.

 

         The words  of  a  "Wicked"  wisdom  quote  as  spoken  below ---

        "One of the neatest things about the Villaggio project is that it is a high-grade, high-quality type of development ---- that is not the Town Center," ----

        XXXXXX then said. "The issue is that what's happening here is because our design standards are raising the bar and increasing the quality of development.

      That is the kind of impact we had hoped our architectural standards would have."                                                          (Those are the exact words of XXXXXX.)

The two questions that are BEGGING to be asked are:

        Think about it Good People of Winter Springs.   We all have been HAD by the slickest con man ever to walk into City Hall, City Manager Ronald McLemore ---- un-equaled in the history of Winter Springs.    WATCH out City of Oviedo --- behind the taxpayers dinner bought for you by the City of Winter Springs  is a "hidden agenda" -- McLemore needs the water from Lake Jesup for irrigation --- from YOUR City's side.

All Winter Springs has is MUCK !

        Next up for McLemore --- trying to con citizens into a trance that 32 condo units per acre, the destruction of wooded areas behind "Tiny Town" reaching to Lake Jesup, or even municipal parking garages is -----     

 

 “a good thing.”

 

Post Script:   Expect more printed political garbage statements from Commissioners as Mayor Bush seeks re-election, property management employee Sally McGinnis also seeks re-election, and Commissioner Blake as he fuels his attempt to run for the County Commission seat being vacated by Randy Morris in 2006.    

        McLemore should take his 'golden-parachute" retirement package the commissioners gave him, and go on with his 10 year retirement somewhere else.    With what ALL of them have wrought upon the City of Winter Springs, could everyone in the County be ready to suffer too?

        All a citizen of Winter Springs has to do is remember the glorious greenery, lush stands of trees, and the Eagles soaring in skies above --- where now you can look forwarded to rising multi-story buildings representing massive population in crowded circumstances.     All lowering the living standards of a City destroyed by ten years of lies, deceit, and "hidden" agendas.

        The fact that Winter Springs use to be a "Tree City" and a "Bird Sanctuary" is nothing more than footnote of history as is the honest dedication of City officials to govern on behalf of its' people! 

That people is ----- PAST History !
