The City was notified by the Fire Department Paramedics of the hospitalization of former Commissioner John Ferring's wife, with a note left in the City Manager's office. This writer was told the following morning by the City Manager's secretary of the prior evening's action by the City Paramedics.
There may be, to our knowledge, only ONE representative on the City of Winter Springs dais who could not have attended any of the services for Mrs. John Ferring. Only TWO former City officials attended the memorial mass held at St. Stephens in -------
