Another one of the city manager's "consulting" services to hide city hall antics ?

Example of the lack of ANY knowledge in the city of Winter Springs government and management.      The taxpayers had to pay a consultant firm $81,000 to decide whether or not the city's hiearchy should even discuss and vote on charging the citizens of Winter Springs for a phony "fire service fee -- aka -- tax".      Stupidity is in abdundance within the backrooms of your city hall !  

Gosh -- did they ever spend the $3,000 to lower the urinal in the men's restroom for commissioner Gilmore ?

Maybe that's the reason they need the "fire services fees (tax)" to cover such costs as that and the $12,000 plus fire and police services to the Highland Games being played on the taxpayers property, and the mayor's $225,000 for some County commercial project on SR407 !
