more taxes dollars spent on explaining what they did.

(Exactly as written on the City produced agenda item --- now one can understand the foreign language use of their public documents.  

It's very interesting that they have to use this means to produce what they are afraid to say on the dais --- NO GUTS !)

 "Lastly, Mayor Bush commented, -------

 

 “Mr. McLemore, we are going to put out information on the decision the Commission made tonight in a Newsletter.    Is that how it is going to go out?    On the Millage.

(The reference to publish the information used is a factor of deceit.   What's new from THIS dais?)

 

Yes, and we will try to get that out as soon as possible?”   Manager McLemore noted, “Absolutely.”

(The cost on producing, publishing, and mailing this "propaganda" is usually well over $10,000 per publication --- your money!     Information that could have been produced at TWO public meetings.)

 

Deputy Mayor Blake suggested, “For that Newsletter, you should get a hold of the whole analysis - what other cities are charging.”

(Yeah -- let's spend a LOT of money for research -- to cover-up of what we did out of stupidity.)

 

Commissioner McGinnis offered,   “Have it be a special section.”

(Gees -- we have to get it out fast.   The citizens are restless, and I've got to run for re-election.)

 

Mayor Bush added,   “A nice chart comparing all the cities.”

(Spare NO COSTS --- it has to be convincing enough to offset what we really didn't need.)

 

Commissioner McGinnis remarked,    “Absolutely.” -- "

(Now this is a commissioner who's going to con you into believing she didn't raise taxes for election purposes, but she has NEVER VOTED AGAINST one of the City manager's spending frenzies!)

 

          This brings up a very interesting 2006 election format.    The vote on increasing the millage rate was 5 to 2 with McGinnis and Gilmore being the dissenting two votes.     There is an obvious reason for this particular vote.     City manager already had his needed three votes to raise your taxes.    This in almost ALL cases is handled prior to EVEN putting an item on one of his agendas.    But why would McGinnis and Gilmore be the dissenting votes?    The answer is not only easy --- but obvious !

          McGinnis has to run for re-election in 2006, and she can NOW say she voted against the tax increase, because ALL campaign literature will be printed, distributed, and meetings held PRIOR to the next millage/tax meeting is due.   It may over-lap slightly, but it is safe to use such ploys.    

          But McGinnis NEVER saw a project, development, city manager spending request she voted AGAINST.     Should her use of an already settled issue is nothing more than a pending con game to be played out.     Remember she is in the land management, and real estate business of which her company has many management properties in Winter Springs.   The majority of her campaign monies comes form her own company individuals, and her developer buddies plus who ever she helped from the dais with her programmed voting patterns.

          Now Gilmore's position, although different, is to get the buddy who got him appointed to his OWN seat as a replacement elected in another district.    The ties here are not too well hidden, and very obvious as to what is taking place within the Tuscawilla PUD and THOA.   

          They ousted most of the board, but left their friend and mentor STILL ON THE BOARD ---- Moti Khemlani.     They brought in their own bunch of compatriots, who have served them faithfully on other city boards, such as Tillis, Hillary, and ex-THOA president Warner who served them and Moti on the TLBD Board.     Gilmore himself was chairman of the TLBD, Tillis was the force behind the LEASING of TLBD street lights from Progress Energy (she works for them), and Hillary was the money bagman behind Moti's "Tuscawilla Today" -- a profiting venture never reported to the IRS on THOA IRS returns.

But that's not the finish of the officials in Winter Springs --- wait until you see what they publish in THEIR propaganda publication called ---- "The Insider" --- a "special" edition to cover the deceit.
