This action was stimulated with the arrival of Ronnie McLemore in 1996, the constant re-election of public officials aided by the City Manager's cronies on the Tuscawilla Homeowner's Association Board, which sits on the Commission, and appointed to Commission controlled City boards. The rise in financial wealth by the City Manager, his staff, his City Attorney, and outside consultants ALL has come about by the apathy of the voting public.
