Follow  the  cleaver  manipulation  of  facts  by  the  city  of  winter  springs  &  management!

Authored  by city manager Ronnie McLemore, and his lieutenant  --

the city attorney Garganese !

scroll through the ordnance below.  then go to the bottom of this page to ask yourself a question.

Sorry the copy is so bad & crooked !     it's about the same as the whole deal as constructed from the very beginning by Commissioner Miller, ex-commissioner Gennell, and the City Manager.

here in the above document do you read, or see anything about the $986,000.00 TAX DOLLARS --- PLUS that YOUR city government gave the scandalous Wyman Field Foundation for this project ?

this was a project touted by current city commissioner miller, and ex-city commissioner Cindy gennell.    Knowing that BOTH deal in properties/Management and etc. --- is a question as to the integrity of ALL involved ---  as lead by McLemore.

remember also, that current commissioner McGinnis was also involved in property management (Gennell's protégé) to the extent that she was on the directors board of a homeowner's association while WORKING for the property management firm of the very same homeowner's association !

A couple of more questions to ask that you DON'T see in the above documents ---

bullet

Notice --- they don't even tell you, on the documents provided to the public, actually how much money was spent for the McLemore over valued properties, NOR how much the whole SCAM cost the citizens of winter springs  ?

Upon your city commissioners voting to approve this scheme, city manager mcLemore appointed a mr. Charles Carrington to be on the board of directors of this fraudulent property scheme.   Mr. Carrington soon afterwards left the city of winter springs' employment.

( Publisher's Note:  Mr Charles Carrington was one of the City's finest department heads,  who led the charge of "Tiny Town" -- not as it stands today --- and many other projects.    He was a well respected City employee, and this writer has NEVER saw anything that Mr. Carrington worked hard to do that he wasn't ALWAYS straight forward and honest.    The City of Winter Springs surely misses an man of his integrity --- look what's left ! )
