below is a rebuttal to the allegations made by commissioner miller in a public meeting.

miller showed total ignorance of the facts as outlined, and presented in that commission meeting.
Once again, Commissioner Miller lashed out, in total ignorance, at a presentation, backed by facts garnered through public document requests, and documents obtained from within the records of City Hall. His dialog of trying to suppress that which has been revealed was infuriating. This coalition member of the "Gennell/Martinez/Miller" Klan better get his facts in order before engaging his mouth. Aren't facts the substance of truth Commissioner Miller?
Why didn't Commissioner Martinez speak out, if the facts were incorrect? Instead, Commissioner Miller, who had no idea of the circumstances surrounding the event, before he opened his mouth with babblings, attacking documents PFGG had obtained which substantiated that "political activists Martinez/Khemlani/Warner" had indeed violated Florida Election Laws. Anyone who can read, assuming Miller can, should note that on page six of the Attorney General's office's opinion (supplied to the Commission by Martinez) the last two sentences support the clear indication of VIOLATION OF THE LAW ! Commissioner Miller, you do support the law as written --- don't you?
Commissioner Miller, "if the facts presented were false, than I suggest the coalition sue me" ! As President of People For Good Government, I would not knowingly make statements, or allegations unless there is supporting documentation. However, if the coalition commission members have documentation to the contrary ---- they should present FACTS --- not hot-air rhetoric from the dais.
Commissioner Miller, not only doesn't your coalition faction have any documentation to oppose comments, or allegations made, but your lack of knowledge of the topics discussed show total ignorance of the issues. You don't even know the facts --- Martinez was not forthcoming in his May 20th tyrannical tirade against St. Stephen's and Father Bluett.
Commissioner Miller is totally oblivious to the conditions surrounding facts pertaining to City management, Commission, and departmental misdeeds. The City hierarchy won't negotiate the "Fireman's Contract". Miller even stated they were going to go to a head mediator -- (?) -- the correct terminology is Head Master. Miller also stated the "extra $24,000+" per year going to the City Manager's "private retirement and life insurance plans" is because he's nearing retirement age. Miller, what are you and your fellow Commissioners doing with the rest of the employees of the City, other then keeping them under "compression wages".
Now ---- you want the truth, Commissioner Miller ---- here it is. The documents given to the Commission on May the 20th by Commissioner Martinez, supporting his accusations against Father Bluett, was only half of what the Attorney General's office supplied PFGG. The AG's office documents are available from PFGG by clicking [ HERE ]. These were NOT made available by Commissioner Martinez, nor the City, in our formal public document request. So, who is trying to hide the truth and these documents?

Since you, Commissioner Miller, know so much about the events surrounding the February 12th actions, YOU should supply the public with supporting evidence of no "violations by the political activists"! This would be interesting, and we would publish your findings on our web site.
