This is destruction of new construction to lay water lines (which must have been needed) for no other reason than poor, or lack of, prior planning.   There is absolutely NO reason for this malfeasance other than to line the pockets of contractors with your tax dollars.   Another TLBD scam?   How much was spent by the TBLD advisors for this piece of your tax dollar pie?

       These brick-paved ends on these medians are nothing more than the continued waste of tax money by the TLBD Committee.

         You can't walk on them.   You can't bike on them.   Even a skateboarder would risk instant injury if an attempt was made to use them.   These are a useless waste of the taxpayers assessment moneys.
