UPDATE !

on may 8th, around 8:09 PM, the link to the winter springs' PDF reader was restored, but since that time they have changed their document formatting for obvious reasons !

The City doesn't like the fact that we publish the truth, and even documents they try to hide from the citizens of Winter Springs. We had uncovered the missing page of the document that was supposed to be attached to -----

The blocking factor has been checked by accessing other ISPs with the PDF City Reader. This was done successfully, but when forwarded to PFGG the PDF site from the City will not load. Also, our web site has been checked, and witnessed, that all possible software has been properly installed.

That software consists of the latest versions of Acrobat Reader (PDF), Flash, Macromedia, Direct X, and JAVA. This was verified by a computer expert who travels the Country assisting with computer oriented problems.

The problem occurred when the missing attachment page was published on the PFGG site on May 5th. In fact, having been caught, the City actually went back in and published the missing page on the City site. Wonder how they missed it the first time ? It was a very questionable analysis document used by the City Manager.

The City can block ISPs, and remove archived links in the City's website just because City Manager Mclemore doesn't want the public to know what kind of deceit he's up to on his pay raises!

For those that missed reading that eight page document, we do have a copy that PFGG can scan, or we have other sites that forwarded the link to us which we can publish later. Just the arrogance, and ignorance being put forth to stifle information is unbelievable. What makes it worst is -- as we were working a September 2008 website page the above links are NO LONGER AVAILABLE on the City's website unless the language in the links we were providing was CHANGED !

The city is also using another lesser known format to use on their website in order to make it harder to work with as far as linking , or even directly copy to another website. This very expensive method is in order to control that site, and cannot be found in most governmental websites. Winter Springs is the ONLY government in this area to use such for very obvious reasons -- harder to copy!

IT'S PUBLIC TAX MONEY that is BEING MIS-USED !

PFGG can no longer reveal how that eight page document was concocted. That alone is a futile attempt of deceit. The "accomplishment" list was really amazing by the way it was constructed. It, however, is not unusual when the current management is being analyzed and in question.

The City has removed the below document from it's website, or has concealed it the dark depths of their "NEW" hard to copy, research, or make reference to the city's website documents. and contents.

This has cost taxpayers even more in tax dollars by concealing documents, and by not making them easily available to the public.
