a   commissioner's   riot !

The below document was read in the Commission meeting of May 24th, 2004.

            The contents read by the author/ex-Commissioner is put into the records as a typical Winter Springs Commission meeting fable of exaggeration and lies.     This of course is not uncommon coming from the dais of this City ---- for the Mayor takes absolutely no control over the contents of speeches, and documents used by Commissioners in a City Commission meetings.      That is if you're a Commissioner ---- if you are a citizen of the City he will control not only what you say, but how long he is going to let you speak.     The governing body of Winter Springs does not believe in it's citizens "Freedom of Speech" rights !

            The City Attorney must have been playing solitaire on his laptop during the Martinez rampage, and the previous meeting when he produced his phony ID to establish a residence for the important Tuscawilla Homeowners' by-laws meeting, and money spending caper.     In fact ---- the Attorney declared them as positive ID.

            Oh yes, for you Tuscawilla residents now paying for your membership to the "Khemlani Klub", your money is to be used to publish a City wide newsletter to be known as the "Winter Springs Pride".    The "Tuscawilla Today" will be inserted quarterly into this expanded use of your money.    It's a shame these residents continue to ignore this con game by their Board of Directors.   This is another reason Khemlani needed Martinez shackled up in his house.   

            By the way, three different parties can attest to the fact Martinez always returned to his "new" Altamonte Springs residence at night.    Not only are there pictures on file of him parked ALL night there, but the evening of April 26th, when the Commission adjoined early, he stopped at Napoli's for dinner, and didn't proceed on to Altamonte Springs until around 10:00 o'clock that night.    His "sick" wife was left at home (Altamonte Springs) by herself by this despicable politician.

            In the last line of the above page, Martinez again lies outright, as witnesses will verify, there was no one else standing in the aisle except this writer talking to two other people standing behind chamber seats chatting about a golf game.     Why does a Commissioner have to use his position on the dais to LIE ?     Must be because it's in the City of Winter Springs.   That is allowed by the Mayor at ALL the Commission meetings --- and he knows it, but won't stop this activity.

            In the next page Martinez refers to HIS replacement.  In a previous speech he stated that the person replacing him (Don Gilmore) was handpicked by him. So, now we know that the "Sunshine Law" has again been broken by this Commission that has absolutely NO REGARD for the Laws of the State of Florida.  He (Gilmore) was anointed by Commissioner McLeod.

                If you pay attention to these documents closely, you will find that the ex-Commissioner's dialog, and commentary is that of a very dis-illusion, disoriented individual whose ranting and ravings are uncontrollable.    That man was a representative of the people six years TOO long !     This is the man who is running for WHAT?

                As viewed one sees NO DATE, and the format is of an unknown origin.    It is not computer age generated.     As a "public document" it is very sloppy, and in a very poor format for a document of such magnitude !

But --- what can one expect from the City of Winter Springs dais  --- Mayor Bush let this idiosyncrasy to be read.

That alone shows the lack of control of commission meetings by this current mayor.
