we provide --you decide !
it took two weeks for commissioner Martinez to produce the documents below -
the drivers license ---- and voter's registration card !

Martinez flashed these documents at a commission meeting, and then handed them to the mayor as to provide proof of where he lived when he announced his resignation from the commission.
The city attorney declared them as being legal proof of his residence without even checking what, who, or the actual owners of the property. The Mayor then declared them as proof of ID.
The address was that of Moti Khemlani, and the property, at 605 Morgan street, was under the protection of Chapter 7 of the bankruptcy court as owned by Khemlani when he declared bankruptcy in 2002. This should have some challenging questions from the IRS as to his income.
(The address on the above is 705 Morgan Street --- Moti Khemlani's house.)

What is so interesting is that Martinez had to declare residency within the Tuscawilla area to be a deciding vote on establishing "new by-laws" for the Tuscawilla Homeowners' Association, and another very important vote.
The Board of Directors had a 5 to 4 khemlani/Martinez majority to worm this through, and that was made especially possible when three members quit -- rather than fight !
It seems the THOA treasury has over $235,000 dollars in it, and Khemlani along with Martinez, and his other cronies want to dictate how they want to spend that money. In fact, they want to issue themselves CREDIT CARDS to avoid filling out expense reports. Remember this is the homeowners' board of directors that were instrumental in establishing a "special taxing district" so they wouldn't have to spend that money on their property.
That bonding issue was passed after city manager McLemore rigged the vote by casting out 63 votes that would have defeated that "special" 30 year tax. He had reason to do this --- he didn't want to spend City tax money on the upkeep of City properties. The residents of the Tuscawilla PUD --- WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS --- have to pay out the money for which was City was responsible.
It was a good con game played by the THOA Board of Directors ---- as aided by the City manager, and his controlled Commission.

People For Good Government upon realizing the con game being played out by the above actions went to the public records in Seminole county, and obtained the below documents. There are some VERY interesting dates, places, signatures, and particularly properties involved in the following documents. Scan very carefully through ALL the documents, and we think you will find the contents to be VERY revealing. Notice especially the names and dates. How many names was ex-Commissioner Martinez using on these so called "legal" documents. You be the Judge !
(As usual public records do not reproduce on the web very well. It is suggested that you download, and copy the larger copy on your printer to see clearly most all of the details.)

now for the last of the Martinez monologs ---
his last chance to use the dais as his personal terror emitting seat.
