Moti Khemlani has found another way to spend the THOA's members money on another phony lawsuit. The Seminole County lawsuit instigated by the Tuscawilla Homeowners Association, and the attorney's wife in Sabal Point has taken a turn for the worst against them.
What started out as a lawsuit against the Seminole County School Board for a re-zoning issue has now reverted to a "frivolous" lawsuit challenging the Sunshine Law of the State of Florida. It would seem that a legitimate lawsuit should have some background on which to base their claim.
Not in this case. You have two attorney's obviously with nothing else to do except file frivolous claims that couldn't have any basis what so ever. Now a "kangaroo court" might find cause to pursue their false claims, but all documents and records would disprove any such findings.
ANYONE with any interest would've had ample notice to address the questioned bus tour. The documentation ALONE was far superior in addressing the proper noticing of any public meeting. The regular School Board meetings of 10/05/04 and 10/19/04 the actual agenda item was a line item subject matter. We have on file copies of ALL the pertinent agendas and noticing of the effort the School Board issue to make the public aware of the bus tour. So the lack of public noticing is unfounded.
The Sable Point housewife, who's husband is the attorney on the other end of the THOA lawsuit, has made claims which are dumfounding. She's griping about the distance to Lyman -- yet her husband office is in the same local. She gripes about having to cross over/under I-4 (whatever) when she is already doing this with one child. So what gives here is somewhat of an unknown stigma of some sort ---- which is not really justified.
As for the other end of this frivolous lawsuit you have a Moti Khemlani sponsored attorney, who's wife is running for some County position so name recognition is needed here, and the fact that they pursued a home in the area effected by the rezoning. If the attorney was smart he'd sue the realtor that sold (2004) him their house for not giving them the facts of the REZONING that was already in the works. Get off the taxpayers hard earned money Attorney Chase --- go after the money YOU PAID to move into the area undergoing the change. The realtor didn't tell you the facts.

Just in --- the actual NOTICE of the bus tour (we have a copy) was posted on the bulletin boards of the County, the bulletin boards within the schools, mailed to ALL media that covers the County School Board meetings, and also SENT to ANYONE asking for the mailing -- plus was in the meeting agendas of 10/05 & 10/19 addressing in the calendar of events the bus tour. These agendas are published/posted SEVEN DAYS prior to the meetings! The participating attorneys/wives must not go to County meetings of any sort.
For you that may have doubts, or even question the violation of the Sunshine Law presumed by the participating attorneys and their wives --- this ALL carries a date of September 27th, 2004. Too bad you ladies don't pay more attention to your children's activities, and etc. --- ALSO posted on the school's bulletin boards! You people owe your homeowners money used in your "frivolous" pursuit of your personal agendas!
