New  Asst.  City  Manager !

Not much job security in this position.    Usually hired now with a different title.

One did last for 2 1/2 years --- hired for a six month term !

You didn't know he was around --- he refused to sit under the target !

When you work in City Hall, you're always  under the CM's loaded gun !
