It Only Takes One VOTE to Be the Worst city in Central Florida as Follows:

With the "Three McLemore Stooges" on the voting end (Miller, McGinnis, and Gilmore) you have the three votes needed to crunch the citizen's wallets, and pass McLemore crazy schemes of how HE WANTS to run the city of Winter Springs.    This is the socialism, fascism, and old world Czars as being applied to a "so-called democratic" government in Winter Springs today.

•   To get rid of the city's fire department after having passed a "Taxing Fee" to support it.

•   To spend over a quarter of a million dollars to collect a $50.00 fine for "dog noise" just to be asinine.

•   To annex properties the other side of SR417, and have to RE-FINANCE & FLOAT bond money to built sewage and  water systems to supply the NEW annexations at the expense of current city taxpayers -- a REAL bummer.

•   Over $2,000,000 dollars to build the stupid McLemore archway to nowhere at the backend of his "strip mall ".

(That's more than what was needed to keep the Winter Springs fire department)

•   To pass a $70,000,000 dollar phony budget that is loaded with all of the McLemore's schemes and perks.

•   Sue the citizens of Winter Springs (money for McLemore's high priced legal problems) when they lost a "rigged " bond assessment vote to tax the hell out of the residents of Tuscawilla for an endless taxing scam.

•   It takes ONE VOTE to spend a dollar or like McLemore did without public knowledge $12,000,000 million dollars as the Czar/Dictator of the city of Winter Springs the past 12 years.

•   One vote to give the employees of Winter Springs the most outlandish pension/retirement plan that exceeds ANY within the State of Florida, or for that matter is even better than a congressman's Federal tax laden plan.    In fact the taxpayers of the city of Winter Springs pay for THREE PLANS as dictated to the commission by Czar McLemore for himself.   Yes that's right ---- THREE SEPARATE RETIREMENT plans tax paid to this dictator McLemore.

•   A budget that went from just over six (6) million dollars to its' now goal of $70,000,000 million dollars.   This current city manager has no qualms when it comes to spending your tax dollars on his play things that have YET to show a profitable revenue.    He's a financial LOSER !   He was when he was fired in Martin County.

• Is the police department next?   McLemore has ALWAYS treated them savagely.

• The maybe the public works department.   Nope McLemore wouldn't take that chance.   Too many know TOO many secrets that could be destructive to his dictatorship.

• Or how about the parks and recreation department.   There's the biggest budgeted item that is a born revenue loser.    Could really free up some funds with this move.

• In fact all the departments are way over budgeted when it comes to the management of them and their activities.    But then again -- TOO MANY SECRETS could be brought forth on this move.   Especially the financial department -- where CPA's are guided by McLemore's spending pen.

• Last but not least -- how about the city manager's position.   The city uses so many consultants to help him run his job, which makes it merely a figurehead position anyway.  That's why Martin County FIRED HIM !

•   AND the list goes on and on ----

  BUT ----- 

It takes FOUR VOTES to get rid of the problems caused by the RULING CZAR !

        For over 12 (twelve) years PFGG has been pointing this out to the citizens of Winter Springs.   NEVER has there been a time during those twelve years that McLemore hasn't been able to wheel his egotistical, deranged plans, and spending frenzies with a commission who bows before him when they become  his personal "stooge-like-hyperpituitarism-idiomorphic-sectionalisms" of his (McLemore's) fairy tale dreams of grandeur, self-devotional, and expensive actions of the past decade.     There can be NO END until the commission reaches a FOUR VOTE requirement to FIRE this egotistical individual.   Even the city's mayor is nothing more than a "pawn" at the feet of the McLemore throne.    THIS MUST CEASE before the citizens' city can come back to a normality.

        You have a chance in 2008 to correct this problem.   Voters will need to fill TWO up-coming empty seats on the voting dais (too bad the mayor still has time left in his term -- he should also be replaced).    One seat has a problem.   One of the replacement candidates is being endorsed, and touted by not only the mayor, but by McLemore's current " THREE STOOGES " on the dais-- Miller, McGinnis, and Gilmore.    The Martinez/Bush anointed commissioner Gilmore (the urinal commissioner) is running for RE-ELECTION.    That would maintain McLemore's guaranteed "THREE VOTES" needed to keep his fairy tales going -- PLUS -- the INABILITY of the commission to get rid of this selfish individual with a MAJORITY 4 - 1 vote.   A SIMPLE 3 - 2 vote won't get the job done.

        You will be able to follow the 2008 campaigns closely -- right up to voting day -- to get ALL the tie-ins between current seated "STOOGES" and those running for their seats.    You will also be assured we will stay on top of the financial situation and maneuvers of each and every candidate.    An example was the last McGinnis campaign where she loaned herself (through a renewed mortgage) money to finance her campaign, and when she received contributions she repaid herself.   So her election didn't cost her a DIME!    That my friends is --- plain old being CHEAP !
