        From City Manager McLemore's "lapdog" (quote from the Sentinel) commission (includes the Mayor) comes his ambitious scam to annexation ALL proprieties into the City of Winter Springs he can grasp.     This has been necessitated by various examples of OVER spent tax dollars to support the fledgling "Tiny Town" a.k.a. TownCenter boondoggle project.

        The 30 million tax dollar project is lusting for customers to support what really is an "strip-mall" approach to a sophisticated desire to build a town center.     This project, as laid out by McLemore's self anointed consultants, has over taxed the exposure to using unnecessary funds in various areas resulting in the thirst of concrete concourses for revenues not in the current tax base.

        A prime example of this misusage of tax funds was the over expansion of water, and sewage provisions to supply a yet undeveloped area to the east of the Greenbelt Expressway.     To compensate for the MUCH needed water the City drilled a new well in the Tuscawilla area only to find it was a miserable failure.    

        So there are other measures being taken to charge for THE LACK of water supplies by charging for the needed use of irrigation water.    A source the City HAS to get rid of for lack of processing, and storage facilities.   Why not make more money instead of dumping water, as has been the case for years?    More on this scam venture in another article.
