the  great  dumpster  discovery !

            In another of Commissioner Miller's notorious slanted-slide-show presentations, he shows a DUMPSTER in his district  that doesn't meet City Code requirements.     Isn't he suppose to represent the people of Winter Springs ?    Guess not ---- because right at City Hall, where the clown princes rule,  IS A DUMPSTER ---- that doesn't meet City Code requirements.

            Commissioner Miller is so engrossed in bowing before his majesty "King" McLemore, that he can't even see what he faces every time he presides at City Hall.     It is observed, Commissioner Miller, that you have trouble reading what is before you, while on the dais ---- BUT  are you  BLIND ?

            Why didn't you show in your campaigning slide show presentation, the dumpster at City Hall, and the dumpster at your precious "Tiny Town" ?     You're kind of a lopped-sided politician aren't you Commissioner Miller ?      It's okay for the City to break the Law --- but God help the citizen, or business that steps out-of-line.      Isn't that being slightly two-faced Commissioner ?

            Was it the fact that  your Commission had just given "Money-Hungry" McLemore his big raise and perks, retroactive  to 2001, that had you overwhelmed when you made your one-sided picture presentation from your throne ?       Were you so glad that the merchants in "Tiny Town" had been given new life, when the Commission viewed  the plans for the  200 low-income apartments across the street ?    Yep, that'll increase the walk-in-trade in "Tiny Town".    They won't have to drive to Wendy's.     At least the renters in the low-income apartment housing won't have the driving problems people experience in "Tiny Town".
