Here are some questions about the below biography of commissioner McGinnis.

ALL the below feats are with NO identifiable characteristics as to what, where, and when as follows --

1.  What tri-state girl scout council ?    After all she says she was a "tri-state program developer" -- for what states ?    States have many girl scout councils.

2.  What administration of correctional service & mental health facilities as a program director ?    Was she a prison guard, or something like that -- maybe even worked in a mental hospital ?

3.  As a "licensed" community manager -- doesn't that mean she just works for Payne/Anderson property management company -- mostly in the Highlands ?

4.   Last but not least -- she "attended Florida University" -- for what -- a football game?   Also, as a "Fellow" at John Hopkins University one has to ask her -- what's a "Fellow" -- a cross dresser (in her case), or was there a "Fellowship Chair" named after her ?

Read this highly questionable biography, and can you come to ANY conclusion as to what she really did in her years of her past life ?   What is her REAL profession -- other than professional politician ?

For over thirty years Sally McGinnis has been active in community service. Professionally she has been a program developer for a tri-state girl scout council, as a manpower developer with correctional services and worked in the field of mental health through education, advocacy and administration. Presently, she is a licensed community association manager. Born and raised in Ohio and south Florida, Sally and her husband Mac moved to Winter Springs in 1998 from Baltimore, Maryland. They have seven children and twelve grandchildren.

After moving to Winter Springs, Sally served on the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of Central Florida, Safehouse of Seminole and the Homeowner Association's for Cypress Club and the Highlands.

For the City of Winter Springs she is a past member of the Commerce and Industry Development Board, Beautification of Winter Springs Board, Board of Adjustment, Planning & Zoning Board, Charter Review Committee, Central Winds Park Expansion Ad Hoc Advisory Committee and the selection committees for the city manager and the police chief.

She attended the University of Florida and was a Fellow at the Johns Hopkins University School of Applied Behavioral Sciences, Organizational & Community Systems.

This is the first time Sally has run for public office. She is guided by the principle that we all have an obligation to give time, talent or energy back to our community. By working together as a unified city, she knows Winter Springs will continue to be the best place to live, work and raise our families.

She is proud to serve the City as a Commissioner and welcomes comments, ideas and suggestions.

This is a commissioner who wanted to take Christmas out of a HOA "Christmas Party", and Easter out of a children's "Easter Egg Hunt".    Maybe McGinnis is employed by the ACLU ?
