National average ranged from 3.3% to 3.5% --- of 1,276 major companies surveyed !

            commissioners McLeod/Martinez/McGiness voted for the BIG PAY HIKE.     Miller, who previously endorsed Mclemore' s climb to cunning financial finesse, voted with Blake against this tax wasting action.

            Every household in the City of Winter Springs pays this high priced City Manager approximately $725.00 per year, so this HE can hire HIS consultants, high priced accountants, bond sales firms, and attorneys to run this City -- with YOUR money!

Silence on the fact the City has spent  over $50,000  trying to collect a $50.00 dog barking fine.     The Commission keeps voting to continue the court action !

Silence on the Wyman Foundation scandal.    City Manager not only got the City to guarantee the payment of this foundation's mortgage with the bank, but helped FINANCE THE SCAM !      Most of the deals were struck BEHIND closed doors.

City Manager gets to hire an NEW employee to be NOTHING but a liaison between the City and the developer, to handle the  troubling "TownCenter/Tiny Town" problems.   The  City Manager is too busy going to conferences and school to learn about "Tiny Towns".    Maybe the Commissioners should have been sent to school before they hired this tax liability?

Silence on the City Manager's water bill "SLUSH FUND".     That's the $2.03 collect EVERY MONTH on your water bills for the past seven years, that totals over 2.3 million dollars.     He can't account for the spending, and the City won't provide a breakdown on this "fund ".   It has since been learned where these figures MIGHT be found --- but they're well covered up !

Silence on the REAL bond debt of the City.    This is a real "Blast".  The  City Manager had an accountant who says that the debt of the City was only around $44,000,000.    Does that mean the City has paid off over $80,000,000 million dollars in just two (2) years?   That's VERY Doubtful !

At the same meeting that the Commissioners gave him his pay hike, they also gave him over $80,000 to pay consultants to help him.    The City Manager's nothing more than an EMPLOYMENT AGENCY !

City Manager, Commissioners, and City staff spend THOUSANDS of taxpayers' money going to conferences and schooling to find out what's wrong with the TownCenter.    We bet they'll put an insert in the City's tax paid newsletter "touting" how great the TownCenter --- alias "TINY TOWN" is, but they won't the tell you how much of your money they're spending.      They NEVER have, or NEVER will !

The City is to build an improvement at "TINY TOWN" to improve a sidewalk for a PRIVATE BUSINESS (restaurant) so 24 PEOPLE can sit at tables outside the building while they wait to get in to this non-existent business.  That's costing the citizens $105,263 dollars, and six (6) parking places in the  "TINY TOWNS" VAST parking facility.

 ( By the way --- the architectural design & plans were provided by the City Manager's, and Commissioners'  NO BID CONTRACTOR ---- SRI, Inc. --- located IN Tuscawilla !)
