They printed the truth of a political action
performed by a public figure.
(Too bad the City of Winter Springs doesn't
have elected officials with the same fortitude.)
The City of Winter Springs received an email over a year ago addressing the
unprofessional usage of the phone system within city hall --- they did
NOTHING
then. Now, McLemore wants to solve another problem he caused
with more of your tax dollars. The city's improvement is needed in
the city manager's office --- not in his controlled communications of the City.

Phone problem is McLemore's
Regarding the phone-answering problem in Winter Springs -
everyone should know that this wasn't a problem until the hiring of
the Martin-County-fired Ronnie McLemore as city manager.
There was a full time operator located in the lobby at City Hall
for the purpose of answering and directing all incoming phone calls.
Ronnie McLemore, new city manager, did away with that citizen
service in order to control all incoming calls.
So now Winter Springs will require thousands of dollars to
re-establish a program we had already had, to fix another one of
McLemore's gigantic blunders.
It's almost a foregone conclusion that the city commissioners will vote to bail
out the city manager's stupidity of shutting down the phone service to City Hall
that existed prior to his arrival as city manager. They don't
have the courage to stand up and re-enforce the public's trust in elected
officials by getting rid of problems caused by current management and staff.
An email of the City's phone problems was sent over a
year ago !
That's the exact reason each and everyone one of these lame-duck political hosts
to their lobbying buddies be voted out-of-office at the
FIRST CHANCE.
It's no secret of political moves to enhance their standing, and the devotion
they put forth for their developer friends. Even developers
sitting on the "public's" City of Winter Springs dais ! Two,
at least, had/have conflicts of interest.
One made over 2.2 million dollars on his
development project.
Yep, now McLemore wants to get more tax money to cover-up his "rookie" blunder
at becoming the city manager of Winter Springs. Since then the
city manager has managed to put the City of Winter Springs in the category of one of the most
indebted cities in the County, and pull off a millage rate --- funded using a "bonding"
blunder of his causing.
When are the people of Winter Springs going to elect commissioners who are not
"yes-people", and will look out for the citizens --- instead of their private
lobbying interest? There are still three elected officials who
dabble in real estate, two with further political ambitions, and one who
inherited a political scam of his superiors --- the great THOA "political ploy".
Each know who they are!
