THE  $34.00 CHICKEN !         

            The City elite "management & commissioners" have to dine in luxury to accomplish anything.   Witness the below bill for dinners at the Tuscawilla Country Club paid for by the citizens of Winter Springs.   They're TOO PROUD to use the million dollar Civic Center facility just renovated for the poor people of its' use by paying a fee of (minimum) $64.00/per hour.

"Are you looking for a great location to hold a wedding reception, birthday party, group meeting, baby shower, office party, Christmas (gosh -- they recognize Christmas) party, or dance?  

Look no further.   Winter Springs has the facility for YOU.

 (Not for the management or politicians of the City) !

            If you think they don't mean it --- just look at the bill below.    The City of Winter Springs was trying to mend the fences torn down between the City, and the City of Oviedo by such characters as Commissioners Blake, Miller, McLeod, Gennell, and Martinez..    Hence -- we'll dine the Oviedo people at OUR Tuscawilla Country Club.    Made no difference there is a Golf Course in Winter Springs that had the same capability called "The Winter Springs Golf Course".

            Not only that --- the Mayor/City Manager made sure the press also had a free dinner on the taxpayers of Winter Springs.    You have to realize the one big aspect of this arrangement --- only the Mayor -- at times --- has played golf at the Winter Springs Golf Course, although commissioner McGinnis meets her employers there at times -- the property management people.      All the rest are active solicitors on the greens of the THOA Country Club, or in the golf luncheon room.

THE BILL

(The dinner was called the "Jazz Fest".   Bet the meeting was too !)

                Looks like the City Manager has established a City account at this country club.    Just walk in and tell them ---- after you order dinner ---- "Ronnie" sent you, and said to put the bill on the City account number #6875.    Hey --- that'll probably get you a good table, and service too.
