To show how fanatical the THOA is - the president of the THOA doesn't even live in Winter Springs.

Current Winter Springs Commissioner Blake was also a STRONG supporter in the TLBD taxing scam.

        With all the activity taking place with the beautification of Tuscawilla, one can't help but realize that the TUSCAWILLA BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY BOARD is playing favorites with their big tax scam.

        When Winter Springs Blvd. was closed to traffic months ago, it was because the contractor was placing REAL brick pavers across the thoroughfare.   They're not necessary, but it seems to be a part of the overall plan for the beautification of our proud community.

        Then however, the contractor placed pavers on Seneca Blvd, which is well within the PUD boundaries.   It was the impression that the pavers were for Winter Springs Blvd. and Trotwood Blvd. only.   One might assume that each subdivision that enters onto Winter Springs Blvd.  or Trotwood Blvd. would be getting the same treatment.   That non-mandatory homeowners association misused the TLBD.   Did other associations get theirs ?

        Could it be a coincidence (and maybe payback time for some of our City officials)?    By coincidence, is that because MAYOR PAUL PARTYKA, COMMISSIONER MICHAEL BLAKE and PRESIDENT MARVIN WARNER of the Tuscawilla Homeowners Association all lived in the Chelsea Woods subdivision?   Seneca Blvd. is the main street through that community, so their entrance gains brick pavers --- off Winter Springs Blvd.

        When will all the other subdivisions that enter into Winter Springs Blvd., and Trotwood Blvd. be treated the same as this INNER CIRCLE of supreme beings?    Here is a list all the subdivisions and their main streets that have been left out of the equation because no one of importance lives there (doesn't that make you feel good?).

        The Advisory Board should advise these subdivision homeowner Presidents when their community will be in line next to get BRICK PAVERS.    All pay the same TLBD taxes !  The list is long.

        The list includes TUSCA OAKS --- COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE --- ARROWHEAD --- GEORGETOWN --- WEDGEWOOD TENNIS VILLAS -- CHESTNUT ESTATES -- FOX GLEN --- DAVENPORT GLEN --- GLEN EAGLE ---  CHELSEA PARC --- and CASA PARK VILLAS --- PLUS OAK FOREST -- they are part of the PUD !    

        Oh yes, don't forget TUSCAWILLA COUNTRY CLUB -- (they have two entrances and they are paying two shares to the Beautification Assessment).   One cannot, in any way, understand how the TLBD Advisory Board makes their decisions.    The whole project was supposed to be fair and equitable in order to benefit ALL..    guess what --- 

This is to show the Tuscawilla taxpayers how the THOA controlled TLBD Committee conned you for being part of their beautification tax assessment scam.

        As pictured one can plainly see these ARE NOT part of any entrance to the tax laden "KHEMLANI WORLD", but merely a pay-off to the politicians residing beyond these fortified barriers for supporting the TLBD tax scam.    The majority of the residents paying for this "political" (pork barrel) favor will never see these SRI architectural designed  "pillboxes".      The City Manager threw out the votes that would have prevented this scam.  

        However, corn-fed TURKEYS will pay roughly around $35,000 or more for everyone of these "pillboxes"  to compensate the THOA, Mayor, and Commissioner for the rigged votes that conned you out of your tax assessment moneys.     A legitimate vote count could have prevented this expensive scheme.

(You can't hide from the truth when pictures tell the real story.   Why doesn't the THOA President tell the Tuscawilla people the  WHOLE truth?    One would guess the Moti Khemlani won't let him!)
