the above man is living in poverty --
he only makes $154,000 + per year !
salary alert update
City of Lakeland Florida hires a new City Manager for $140,000 per year. The City of Winter Springs -- 1/3 the size of Lakeland -- pays it's City Manager a whopping $154,000 + per year, and gives him a GOLDEN PARACHUTE retirement and severance package.
Something is backwards here! The Winter Springs City Manager has managed to make his City the most indebted city in Seminole County. Is that's a requirement for his tremendous salary -- drive the City into debt?
BULLETIN !
City Manger of Oviedo resigns after 18 years of loyal service. The "cronyism" of politics was very obvious in his decision. He was there from the sleepy town to the present fine tax base the City of Oviedo now enjoys. He was very instrumental in the Oviedo Market Place Mall project which is well known in Central Florida, and many of their park projects for the City's "CITIZENS".
His salary after 18 years was only $137,000/year --- whereas the City Manager of Winter Springs making $154,000 + per year --- doubled his within six years! Shows the difference in the dedication and loyalty! Money buys greed --- not loyalty.

Donna Arduin was granted a paid leave from her $122,961-a-year job as Director of Florida's $50 BILLION DOLLAR budget in order to volunteer for and lead an audit of California's $98.9 BILLION DOLLAR budget.
WOW, what a bargain, considering Winter Springs City Manager Ronnie McLemore is paid a cool $154,000+ per year just to manage the City of Winter Springs' minor-league $45 MILLION DOLLAR budget!
( That budget has now grown from the 6 million dollars eight years ago, when McLemore was hired, to over 50 million dollars under his management ! )
No wonder Arnold didn't come knocking on McLemore's door ------ too little bang for the buck, and not much to show for it but growing bond debt!

Publisher's Note: It might be pointed out that the City Manager of Winter Springs, mentioned above, has trouble in even answering --"what he did with his hidden slush fund" -- and -- "what was the total embezzled right under his nose in City Hall"?
