ATTENTION winter springs CITIZENS !
Has the Tuscawilla Homeowners Association revealed their true purpose?
(TLBD out of money --- have got City Manager McLemore getting ready to clobber you again with 100% increase in your TLBD assessment. He can do it --- he rigged the last straw vote --- watch him do it again ! )
Now that they are no longer responsible for maintaining the front entrance to Tuscawilla (thanks to the TLBD), they can now concentrate on doing what they really mean to do ---
They tried to control the last election in Winter Springs.
Actually the Commissioners didn't lose control. But, the Commissioner's wives got into the foray. Commissioner Martinez's wife addressed a crowd of people at a polling precinct by "flipping the proverbial bird". Then Commissioner Miller's wife had to leave Church property ------ after raising a ruckus during a funeral service.
With those actions --- you would have thought they were your typical City of Winter Springs Commissioners ----- at a Commission meeting !
The below was an attempt by the THOA President, as described in the following email, which was sent to
People For Good Government.
But, then again this is the Tuscawilla Homers' Association --- so it was no surprise.
The following was revealed ------
"I was standing with approximately twenty firemen in front of City Hall tonight. This was the regular City Hall meeting on the 14th. I was approached by a man who stated his candidate was going to win on the 5th of November. He also stated he controlled who was elected in this City. I asked who this person was and he stated he was the THOA President. He advised us his newspaper was only sent to the people in this City who vote. I asked if it was ethical to use a HOA newspaper for political personal gain. He said yes.
If I lived in Tuscawilla, I would be asking for my 25 bucks back."

So, there it is --- you voting citizens of Winter Springs and Tuscawilla ---
Does the Tuscawilla Homeowners Association control who is elected in your City of Winter Springs ?
What arrogance ! Khemlani and Company may have a stranglehold on their Association
but do they control --- YOU ---
