City  commission  approves  his  asphalt  approaches !

        Since his arrival in 1996, City Manager McLemore has created annexation, and financial "mockery" in the City of Winter Springs.    It is known to many, that the "Master Annexation Plan", once displayed in City Hall offices, showed not only his grandiose drive for annexation, but included CURRENT County properties.     One of his goals was to "annex-in the Red Bug Road County park".

        His devious, and deceitful strides to annex has used even homeowners association money's, such as the THOA, which Moti Khemlani issued with an open hand, with NO VOTE by the membership, to annex in the Dyson Drive area.     Then President of the THOA, Marvin Warner, and Khemlani took $5,000 dollars of their members' money to form a political PAC.    The SMART people of the Dyson Drive area threw that annexation fiasco of the City out, which stopped McLemore's annexation drive to Red Bug Road.

        Prior to that, McLemore had made a feeble attempt to annex in the Sunrise Housing Project, and was resoundingly beat by the people of Sunrise.     It is known that some members of the City have had a "special" interest in many of McLemore's annexation/development attempts.    In fact, one currently seated City Commissioner, not only votes on the development of such an area, but owns a parcel of land in the development.     Is McLemore getting a "kick-back"? 

        It didn't take the County long, after a long and costly lawsuit with the City of Winter Springs, to figure out what McLemore was attempting.    He desperately needs money to finance the continuation of the disastrous "Tiny Town" project, and the utility bond funds re-financed to overcome the monstrous annexation expenses incurred.

        Take for example, again, the gift of $33,000, paid by a developer not to build recreational areas in their development, which was then given to the Avery Park development group for "swamp-land".    McLemore's deceitful answer to that maneuver was "we want to protect the wet-lands".    Who does he think he is kidding?    The City is methodically destroying anything that stands in their way to achieve the additional revenues NOW SO BADLY NEEDED !

the Winter Springs dais needs some drastic changes !

Vote  ALL  incumbents OUT in the next election !

            Then, and ONLY then, can changes be made to the McLemore "Puppet " management & Commission.     Some of the current dais members will be seeking higher offices.     Just remember what they did to Winter Springs before you give them MORE power.     Look at how much they spent for "McLemore's" selected consultants.   That alone is a shear display of improper, or NO management capabilities even within the City Staff, and current dais members.   

             Many well-qualified departmental managers have been with the City a long time.    But, the fear of losing their jobs, at the drop of the hat, by McLemore would cost many their lifetime retirement City funds.    They can't question McLemore's hiring of even his friends.   The unscrupulous have no place in an echelon of creating such fears.    This Commission, if they could see their noses on their face, should realize this, but the current elected "politicians" have nothing but themselves in mind.

            If you think this isn't true ---- watch the next election to replace those on the dais who can't run again.    You MIGHT even see former dais members trying to regain a seat on the dais.     After all, they have used their previous dais positions for personal gain, and hate to see that element disappear from their plans of a money making positioning.     They'll lie and tell you  --- "it's only for my love of the City".       That's when you try to find a tree left in the City to bash them with !
