All caused by an inept Commission, Mayor, and the total ignorance of the administration lead by the City Mangler !

            The sales revenues so badly needed by the city's governing powers have brought NEW projects forth to provide sales to the floundering Towncenter -- called "Tiny Town" by city residents -- as massive high density residential projects such as the proposed "Shepard Road" project skirting the Highlands community.    Even the massive high story development across the street from "Tiny Town" -- an ex-commissioner's PERSONAL (McLeod's Way) $ 2.3 million dollar windfall -- will have tremendous impacts upon the services of the City of Winter Springs.

            The current and previous inept city government, and city management is reaching to the extremes to compensate for that which they have taken from the honest taxpayers of the city to achieve their personal goals, and satisfy the abundant egos on the dais.   There is no honesty left--- only dais deceit in well hidden city manager agendas.

•    "Town Homes Worry Residents" - 2/12/06 Orlando Sentinel.

            Instead of the zoning of over two decades providing for "light industrial" usage, the current commission/mayor/city manager want to convert that 47 acres to the building of 300 town houses.  Don't worry about the impact on the highways.   Don't worry about the high impact of the density on the school systems.   Don't worry about the taxpayer provided services such as fire, police, and increased utility burdens.    All your city government needs is sales revenues for a shopping center where exiting business are as great as new business.

•    "Golf In City's Future" - 2/12/06 Orlando Sentinel

            This article really brings out the comedy when it comes to the City of Winter Springs government's abilities.   Here you have a golf course, which is one-of-three in a packaged sale, that the City is considering buying.    Forget the fact they say they only want it as a golf course --- it's already losing money.    The city manglers say they WON'T allow it to be developed.   Where have you heard that lie before.    Why would the city want to take over a LOSING enterprise only to have the taxpayers pump more money into the city's diminishing coffers?   But the biggest FARCE is that the city manager wants to hire ANOTHER consultant to tell him that fact.    The city mangler can't even make up his own mind, much less the commission even approach the idea they had a mind.     Replace them ALL at election time!

            Rumor has it that the taxpayers have to pay a consultant to tell the city manager where to go to pick up his $164,000 per year pay that allows him to hire more consultants.     Winter Springs is known as -- "The Consultant City" in Seminole County!    Gosh --- and commissioner Blake wants to run for County Commissioner.

•    "Let the Campaign Begin" - 2/12/06 Orlando Sentinel

            Mayor Bush is on the prowl -- he needs your help.    Just like he did when he says he "unseated" former Mayor Partyka.   He says he enjoys the job.   Why not -- you not only have used it for personal gain, but led the action to increases "elected politicians" compensation by 166% per cent.    You haven't done anything that wasn't already in city mangler's McLemore's mind.   You join him -- after telling Partyka backers you would bring a new government to the City of Winter Springs.    You lied then --- so who's to trust you now?     Those people you conned in that election would probably support "Jesse James" now ------ no difference!
