A SIGN THAT HAS BEEN IGNORED WHEN ENTERING THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS FOR TEN YEARS !

        It has finally come to this --- when citizens of the city they do business in have to warn others of the business community from making the same mistake.   It must hurt some of those businesses that have been in the city longer than the city officials trying to destroy a once thriving community with their high-rise condos/apartments. 

          They must warn any new  businesses to shop with a SHARP eye and BIG wallet --- it's going to be needed.     Every since the arrival of the new city manager McLemore service taxes (water, power, telephone. internet, sewerage. and etc.) have almost reached the max allowed by law if not the highest in Central Florida.

         And your mayor and commissioners let him do it while they spent tons of money on their personal spending egos with the so-called "Towncenter" (called a glorified strip mall by the Sentinel) as their ----  EGO NUMBER ONE ! 

          Businesses that have been here for years are treated like dirt should the city manager, mayor, and their dais loaded "rat-pack" commission need an ordinance, zoning, or regulation that may effect a long standing current business for their floundering "Towncenter" project spending fiasco.

          Even their project misfit was rename "Tiny Town" by local shoppers who fight traffic and HORRIBLE parking accommodations.    It's so bad they NOW want to spend YOUR tax money to build to large parking garages.     IT'S  PRIVATE  PROPERTY !

         Even that project is a scam --- they need those parking garages for the apartments, and condos being built around "Tiny Town" that have no parking.     Who ever thought these people could manage a city must have escaped from a nuthouse.
