The "UPSET LIMIT" Contract !
This was an taxpayer expense for a contract to tell the "Rural Area Review Committee" to say what they were to bring back to the Commission of the City of Winter Springs as to why, what, and how the City should continue their aggressive annexations east of the Greenbelt.
The $50,000 dollar limit placed on this contract was as phony as the contract as SIGNED by the City Manager. How did he get the authority to sign such contracts ? City Manager --- do you think you could issue the public the TRUE cost of your NO-BID contract you entered into with the firm listed below?
Wasn't this Contract merely a slap at the County to enhanced your lawsuit ?
Why did the City Commission agree to this contract -- then back down on their aggressive annexations even though the contract had what the City Manager was seeking to do all along? Are those people REALLY commissioners, and the Mayor a mayor?
The real answer is -- NO ! They're nothing but --- YES PEOPLE !
