your  utilities  &  storm  Water  service   tax  dollars  at  work !

This is the swampy area behind the homes in the Winding Hollow sub-division.   This was approved by the City of Winter Springs, which allowed the developer to create this horrible situation.   The City says they can do nothing about it.   They could -- but won't.     They need the money for "Tiny-Town" --- their  "the glorified strip-mall ".

One has to wonder how City Manager McLemore would like to have this behind his "new " $362,000 home in Tuscawilla?      He is the creator of the monster called the "TLBD Taxing  District" --- along with his cohort Khemlani.

now  that  you  have  walked  on  water --

Tell your children not to walk in the median between the swamp and the street.    The City has left an open 6" drain hole uncovered.    This has been pointed out before ---- in fact last year.     The City doesn't have the money to fix this children's safety hazard.    They need the money to try and put some sod and trees in "Tiny-Town" --- their "glorified strip-mall".

attention  winding  hollow  residents !

Remember the light fixtures on the stop lights that took 6 years to install, and then one month later a light fixture was shot-down ?     City Manager said these were very special, and took a long time for delivery.    Gosh, for the health, safety, and welfare of the Winding Hollow citizens, he could have used one from BEHIND  City Hall.   Those eights fixtures have been there for a couple of years.

He, like ex-Commissioner Gennell, must have thought "nobody lives there", so why bother with the safety devices where schoolchildren crossed the streets, and the area was darkened at night.     City Manager McLemore, and his commission need a lesson in the City of  Winter Springs safety PRIORITIES !
