Do The Members Know What Their Board of Directors Is Doing With Their Money?

On the previous page, you read of the ramblings of Commissioner Martinez.   His interpretations of the law are really misconstrued.    Although we don't have a copy of the letter he sent to the State Attorney General's office ( it has been requested as a public document ), he must not have included the information which we will provide on this web site.    It is fantastic how much the Martinez/Khemlani/Warner faction has misrepresented the truth.    Here are the facts missing in the Martinez Commission meeting ramblings.

This threesome of the THOA association, in order to assist the City in its annexation drive south, spent membership money to form a PAC.    The City had already spent thousands of dollars in this effort, but the THOA association, wanting to broaden their tax assessment scam, spent $5,000.00 dollars -- of YOUR money -- to form the "DYSON AREA POLITICAL-ACTION-COMMITTEE"!    This was spent to influence the vote of only 111 homes!    Pathetic as it may seem, it cost the taxpayers and members of the THOA association over $330.00 per home in that miserably-failed annexation attempt.    The City even ran an expensive "special edition" of the INSIDER.

here  are  the  true  facts!

The three people removed from the polling place at St. Stephen's were Marvin Warner, President of the THOA association, Moti Khemlani, Treasurer of the THOA association, and Commissioner Martinez a THOA member on the Board of Directors.    What they hid from the public and the police department was the fact they were at the polling place operating as a "Political-Action-Committee".    This alone was ignored by Martinez when referencing the letter from the Attorney General's office issuing an "opinion".

Here's what is said in that opinion ----

"Moreover, individuals intending to solicit voters on the day of any election within 100 feet of any polling place must give appropriate notice to the supervisor of elections at least three days prior to the election day ----- ".

commissioner Martinez, Moti Khemlani, and Marvin Warner hadn't even done what was required by law!    not only that ---- they hadn't even filed the proper paperwork forming their "political-action-committee" as required by law!

the proof is in the documents --- to view click [ here ].
