This writer received a phone call Saturday morning (April 15th) about an article that had been published in the Oviedo Voice. The caller told me where I could pick up a copy of that paper since when at City Hall the day before in the afternoon I didn't find the paper in the lobby where it is usually found. I was puzzled why the paper was missing -- that had never been the case before.

After obtaining a copy at the very busy Winter Springs Golf Club, I know why they were missing in the lobby at city hall. Upon reading the article I knew why it was missing in the city hall lobby. It's called -- "controlled information" -- which is not unusual in the City of Winter Springs. One would have to assume --- ALL copies were removed from the lobby. It had probably been "McLemorized"! That would be similar to his "controlled" meeting agendas. The Mayor and the City Manager have never really been honest in the conducting of so-called public meetings.

I know you're anxious to read the article below, so no more on this introduction other than to say -- they should have recalled at least three more "politicos" on that dais, and then the city manager and attorney could be dumped! There is only one commissioner who should not be included --- Commissioner Krebs. She hasn't been a commissioner long enough to have become "McLemorized".

The excuses as stated by Commissioners Blake and Gilmore in the article are about as pathetic as their cover-up in the Martinez scheme. Very few children use Dyson Drive to walk to school and they know it. The best money the County could spend would be to open, and pave Citrus Road plus put in sidewalks.

That not only would be a short way to Rainbow Elementary for all the people from the Eagles Nest Road, and others, but it would eliminate traffic on Dyson Drive. The City of Winter Springs is just trying to con the County out of more money for another stupid project. No body on the Winter Springs Commission is smart enough to figure out that easy solution. That's a typical McLemore run commission.

But as for them knowing of the Martinez scheme --- everyone on the dais knew what the truth was, and for the Mayor to look at that devious issued driver's license with Blake looking over his shoulder is a complete FARCE! That's the reason this writer says they ALL should be recalled. At least those in on the plan of the scheme. There was even ANOTHER applicants letter seeking approval for the vacating Martinez seat that was not even allowed to be discussed by the Mayor. He's in the whole scheme neck-n-neck with McLemore along with McGinnis, Miller, Garganese, and the hovering City Manager.

Just Found -- A Letter to the Editor -- Orlando Sentinel -- April 15th, 2006 -- Below !

The above letter says it ALL --- for that's the way it is in the City of Winter Springs !

No need to say anything else ! But the above recall, and the letter to the Orlando Sentinel just proves what has been going on in the City of Winter Springs for over ten years --- after the arrival of ex-Martin County fired employee Ronnie McLemore.

To really understand the position as the recall people have used in the actual petition is a very simple task. We've had that Gilmore replacement scam, and the Martinez using his seat to vote on issues as a NON-RESIDENT of Winter Springs as a possible complete fraudulent action on the PFGG website from the beginning almost a year ago.

It's hard to understand how the Mayor, City Manager PLUS the incompetent City Attorney allowed this action to take place. Martinez's moves were challenged in a public commission meeting by a citizen of Winter Springs. That's when Martinez produced the drivers license with the 705 Morgan Street address -- gave it to the Mayor with commissioner Blake looking on at this action on the dais ---- and it was declared LEGAL.

The City Manager even had it put on the city's website, and everyone with any intelligence knew the address was that of Moti Khemlani. Martinez was even followed after commission meetings as he went home --- in Altamonte Springs! The whole escapade was a scam from the start. Martinez voted on issues as a NON-RESIDENT of the City of Winter Springs --- which is against the law as stated in the City Charter.

The entire City government was in on that scam. The only commissioner with clean hands is Commissioner Krebs. All of the other elected "politicos" from the Mayor down should be REMOVED. There is NO ONE innocent on this action ---- that INCLUDES the City Manager and Attorney!
