You've got to see it to believe it !

          It even gets better.    Martinez refuses to leave the dais and the commission chambers  --- the police are called --- and they run into trouble.     The car is locked, and no one to move it.

            It seems Martinez tried to get his wife to move the car.    She couldn't drive his "pregnant roller-skate" SUV -- and the police found she didn't even have her license.   Oh well, that's just a common day in the life of "Loose-Cannon" Martinez ! 

 By the way ---- he's running for office AGAIN in 2006 ???
