            It will be very obvious when ex-commissioner "political job seeking" Blake gives his PREPARED presentation of the results of that infamous "Mayor's Budget Committee" it will show nothing in the areas of actual budget cuts.    It will instead show the City's "spoon-fed" outline of what they were going to do anyway.    It's a sham and hoax!

            Two members of the committee quit, because of "politico" Blake's inferior approach to allowing any REAL approached to the dire budget problems of the City.    As one meeting audience attendee related -- it was a FIX from the start.    Number one -- there were FOUR ex-commissioners appointed who were in on the problems of excessive spending frenzies for years.

            Plus -- out of the twenty one (21) member appointed one could actually find ELEVEN votes that would have backed the administrations view point come "hell-or-high-water".   The fix was in from the very start of any meetings.    Also "financial wizard (?)" Blake inserted absolutely no constructive input, but more or less with the "CITY" attorney Garganese put aside any attempt by members to actually address the "budget" problem areas.

            This and more is being researched right now from the scanty minutes transcribed -- as controlled by city manager McLemore -- and from attendees of those meetings.    A good example of how bad those meetings were conducted was the fact that one of the EX-commissioners appointed, for political purposes, actually WALKED-OUT-of the meeting !    How much worse and deceitful can it get?

            PFGG is working on various inputs right now, and we hope to enlighten the citizens of Winter Springs just what the administration is trying to hide.    Even a question put to a CONSULTANT, controlled by the City, had to admit it was a good question, but there wasn't an answer.   Between paying an attorney and the consultants --- how much did the City spend on something they should have done as a commission?    The citizens have the WRONG people running the City with the PUBLICS' money !   Remember this fiasco come 2008.    We'll point out the names.

    One of the rumors floating around is that McLemore's idea to save money is to do away with the School Resource Officer program in the police department
    Now, I wonder which one of those commissioners has got guts enough to tell all the "Mommy's" that they are going to lose their kids protections while at school.    And now another news bulletin about a Columbine type strike coming in New York State.
    I sat through McLemore's presentation......Not one mention of the money spent on consultants...Not one word about all the money spent on legal fees.
    With respect to the legal fees, all the city administration has to do is stop getting us sued all the time.
    With respect to the consultants. we should use them instead of a professional "tree hugger".    If we keep going in the direction we are, we won't have any trees left to hug.
    And another thing the commission needs to do is stop giving our money away.    I speak specifically of the donations to the professional beggars at WMFE.    Granted the amount was peanuts in general scheme of things, but is sure indicative of the mindset of the commissioners who voted in favor of it...The willingness to use tax money to fund their favorite projects.....They should use their own money for things such as this.
    And lastly.

   This whole committee thing is just to give McLemore's and the Commission's a way to cover their collective and ample rear ends.    This way they can point to the committee, populated by failed politicians, and blame them for what ever happens.

I've been looking at some of the minutes.    Why don't they disclose what they've spent on that lousy "towncenter" as opposed to the income derived from the sales taxes and etc. from the merchants?

I beleive it's called --- COMMERCIAL income, and the expenditure called "Capital" spending.    You can't find anything on the city website that even comes close to outlining those figures.

What are they hiding?   Can you put the truth on your website?

   I just remembered another thing......McLemore keeps making noises that he needs more space for City Hall.........Needs to expand.
    I wonder if anyone has approached CVS pharmacies about buying the building standing empty at the corner of State Roads 434 and 419.     It could be converted a hell of lot cheaper than buying a new building......But we will find a reason why that wouldn't work.....McLemore will make sure of that!
