Not an Applicable Trait within the City of Winter Springs

            This writer has absolutely no inside knowledge as to the personal, nor business background of the individual headlined in the articles relating to the below.    It is, however, a relief seldom seen within a city government equal to that of which the City of Casselberry has taken.

            Unlike the City of Winter Springs with it's "LAPDOG" commission, and Mayor in name only, the City of Casselberry has taken a step forward before an entrenchment such as that of the City of Winter Springs embedded with a money hungry city manager, whose main function is to hire consultants to perform the duties required of a good city manager.   The Winter Springs Mayor and Commission have no backbone, and merely functions as an arm of a very deceitful city manager.

            The Orlando Sentinel was correct a couple of years ago when they named the Winter Springs dais gang as nothing more than "LAPDOGS" at the will, and beckoning of the high horse city manager.    They adhered to his pre-planned hidden agendas, and respond under the guidance of a mayor who can't run a city meeting ---- he was elected to do by the public.   

            They are so embroiled in personal egomaniacal selfish agendas of their own --- each and everyone of your current elected officials --- they forgot why they are even seated in the push chairs rocking back and forth to the rhythm of the city manager.    The highly paid city attorney must not even be qualified enough to represent the city in the many lawsuits they filed in their own behalf for he has to hired other attorneys to perform in the court system.   Yes, that's your Winter Springs city government.   Time for a change!

Winter Springs should be so LUCKY !

            For McLemore's ten years at the head of the Winter Springs government where HE wrote his OWN City Charter, got rid of a lot of the old time employees, ran all the city meeting agendas all at the agreement of his "LAPDOG" commission and mayor.    PLUS this man has ALSO been able to amass over a HALF-A-MILLION dollars in his PRIVATE retirement "golden-parachute" packages.

            He was even able to con the commission, and mayor in to refunding him his losses in his private ICMA retirement package that went belly-up when the stock market's .COM market crashed.    Using the police chief as his tool, whom he had talked into investing in the same market upon his hiring, McLemore was able to replenish his losses as approved by his "ring-in-nose" city commission and mayor.  

            Oh yes, upon that conning maneuver he promptly forgot about the police chiefs losses --- just used him as a whipping boy at the commission "I want-a-raise" meetings.   Not only did they approve his raises, but granted him his slick maneuver to make his losses, and retirement package funds retroactive to prior years.     Yes sir, that's your elected officials looking out for the people who elected them.    What a bunch of flakes, and to think some of them are running for offices again.   People of Winter Springs --- don't repeat your past mistakes at the voting polls.
