THOA Directors in DOG FIGHT as FORMER ROOMMATES
The Below documents and the phony claim by ex-commissioner Martinez should bring an investigation into the City of Winter Springs ILLEGAL operation as perpetuated by these two.
The conformity of ex-commissioner Martinez's claim that his legal residence was 205 Morgan Street, Winter Springs as approved by Mayor John Bush, and confirmed by City Attorney Garaganse, although testimony was found, and presented on this website to be in contrary to this ruse formed by Martinez/Bush was proven false.
The true information was sent to this site on April 2nd, 2004, but still Mayor Bush and the rest of his dais cronies allowed Martinez to be seated and vote as a commissioner on issues even though documents provided to proven his address was in actuality Altamonte Springs ---- see [ Martinez -- Email ]. PFGG confirmed the documentation. and had THREE OBSERVERS witnessed his route home to the Altamonte Springs residence after three different City of Winter Springs' commission meetings.
It took the 2006 city elections to find the "dog-fight" between Martinez and Moti Khemlani to have an investigation find Moti Khemlani GUILTY of mis-using election laws on another matter to really now challenge the legitimacy of the operations of the Winter Springs commission meetings as to give mayor Bush the authority to act in violation of residential requirement of a seated commissioner.
Bush knew Martinez didn't live at the Moti Khemlani as did Khemlani himself. The State Attorney's office should look into the practices of that Winter Springs commission, Mayor, City manager AND City Attorney. All involved in this blatant cover-up to conduct city business under false pretenses should be removed from office and replaced with honest public officials!
The city government operate for over two months with this guy voting and lying about his residence all the time. It was until Martinez received his vocal endorsement by mayor Bush (Bush covered his behind with endorsements instead of staying legitimate). He even VOCALLY endorsed not only Martinez, but his opponent in the same race. So much for integrity and honesty in Winter Springs politics.
Commissioners Miller and McGinnis were also a big supporters of Martinez. The entire commission and the rest of all the cronies on the dais knew who lived at 205 Morgan Street. They ALL just weren't honest enough to verify what Martinez provided was false. In fact his drivers' license he presented to his buddy mayor Bush was also probably false and illegal. The city attorney played -- I guess -- DUMB!
The below finding by the State's FEC on Martinez's complaint cost Khemlani a bunch of money> In fact most of ALL THE FINES found against this guy (well over $6,000) was probably paid by the membership dues of the Tuscawilla Homeowners' Association. That should make you members happy --- President Warner even okayed over $5,000 of Moti's fines, and attorney fees. Boy has the THOA been using YOUR money!

PS: This writer was one of the witnesses who followed him from the commission meeting. It was just my luck (?) he stopped the Napoli's restaurant on 434 on his way to Altamonte Springs --- his LEGAL HOME. He stayed in there for so long I called a back-up to replace me for the rest of his way to Altamonte Springs. Guess he found out no one in Altamonte wanted him to run for ANY office --- so he moved back into the Tuscawilla PUD --- in the ONLY SPOT not covered by the "special" taxing he voted for while a commissioner. That's the one that is now costing those residents over $150.00 dollar add-on to their TAXES!
