Isn't   This  against  the  Law  Commissioners ?

City officials must be blind.   They protect their developer friends in code violations.

Payback time for political contributions to their campaigns?

Isn't this the Keewin Realty/Dittmer [ example ] project that was changed from light      commercial to high density  residential for another stalled project until 17-92 is widen.

Didn't the city pass an ordinance about parking commercial trucks on the streets. ESPECIALLY trailers some time ago that made ALL residents remove even pick-up trucks with signs from being parked in the driveways of the resident?   Sure they did, and many hardworking small people were cited for violation of that code.    But we have a heavy industrial manufacturer on Shephard Road parking HUGE trailers on the side of the road with signs that would be equal to a BILLBOARDS -- another violation of city codes [billboards].

Where is the Code Enforcement arm of the Police Department?    Where is Commissioner Sally (realty agent (sorry for the misrepresentation) she's nothing but a manager for a property management company for housing projects) like what might you see built in the pictures below?   She CAN'T miss these monsters on one of a main streets in her district.    Also the presidents of the Highlands, and Wildwood must be driving with their eyes closed as they pass the trailers.   Whoops -- they're friends of mayor Bush!   Shame -- Shame -- Shame!!!

Got to admit the next picture is a good looking [ billboard ] effect.     Hey all you small hardworking people that got fined for parking your work vehicles in your driveways, go to the next commission meeting and demand your money back. The city gave the highland games being held on taxpayers property $12,000 dollars to play their games, and sell merchandises in your park, but they must be lying to you when they say they're sort on revenue.

That's nothing new under the current city manager/mayor controlled city   Call your commissioner -- raise hell!

The pick-up truck in the next picture parked between the two trailers with all the signs painted on it is legal.    They're painting the billboards on the sides of the two trailers, which is illegal --- unless the city changed their codes again.    Did anyone see an advertisement in any newspaper alerting the public to the changing of any codes?     Whoops ---- once again forgot --- the city doesn't abide all the time about that legal requirement.   It should be a publication distributed to residents of the city --- not given away inside city hall.

The next picture below will show the EXPENSIVE paintings obviously being done for the Dittmer company.    One has to realize these are exceptionally extra long trailers so the size of these "murals" would probably well exceed the billboard requirements as outlined in the city of Winter Springs sign code ordinances.   With that in mind, and the visibility of these trailers on a main road within the city of Winter Springs you must assume that preferential treatment by those in city hall, the code enforcement board, and police department are driving by them with their eyes closed.    Remember --- political favors are due the developer Keewin Real Property Co. through their contributions by their separate companies, and yes --- even their lawyers [ contributions [.

So, what is against the law for the working man who wants to part his work vehicle in his driveway, which the city has said is now against THEIR law, doesn't apply to those developers who contribute heavily to their political campaigns.    Also the presidents of the homeowners associations have turned their head to avoid offending their mayor and commissioners.

That would be the Wildwood and Highlands associations.   After all they went out of their way to re-elected their commissioner McGinnis and their mayor Bush.   Got to get rid of these crony associations and elect HONEST, and hardworking members to represent your associations.    Hey -- maybe it is time for a huge firing, recall, impeachment, or what ever it takes to right the wrongs of this, and the past ten (10) years of pure living hell for the "little people" !    Wake up Winter Springs -- vote for your rights -- NOT THE POLITICIANS MONEY !

These city hall folks don't abide by their own laws or ordinances -- TIME  TO  CLEAN  HOUSE !

Bulletin

The city held a "special meeting" Monday night before the public's regular meeting on the 14th to discuss the "fire service fees".   The only place they had it advertised was on their website -- like everyone in the city visits that site daily to keep up with antics of the city manager and his crony commissioners.   It's doubtful that even ten percent of the city's residences have computers.   Boy does the city of Winter Springs use dirty tactics -- but when you have a McLemore one has to expect those antics.    Of course, this has been going on for ten years now -- and it keeps getting worse!
