       The "M & M Boys" (Moti/McLemore/Miller) just can't keep from telling people that the City of Winter Springs was "recognized" as the number one place in the country in which to live.    McLemore again proclaimed this fable at the TownCenter (?) workshop held July 29th, 2001.

       They must think people are stupid.   All it takes is a phone call to the Microsoft Network "Home Advisor" to realize that MSN does not even issue the fictitious "proclamation" as being spewed forth by this trio.

       The City of Winter Springs must have spent well over $100,000 promoting this gross fib, and the Tuscawilla Homeowners' Association was used to perpetuate the farce.    That tax money could have been put to some good use instead of filling the egos of those participating in the fable.

         They even had made hundreds of VHS tapes, paid a production firm outlandish fees in that farce promotion, and even got long-time honest citizens of the city to repeat the city manufactured lies on those tapes.    The city mangler then had those tapes mailed out to who knows where to promote the building of their glorified strip mall (as labeled by the Orlando Sentinel).   It was a pipe-dream created by McLemore and his side kick Moti Khemlani whose THOA funds were even used to promote the farce.    The THOA membership knew nothing !

        Even after the City and the THOA were caught in this fiasco they continued to spend money promoting the issue.    Both spent thousands of dollars (the city tax dollars -- THOA membership dollars) to perpetuate this little white lie.    They continued -- EVEN though they had been caught in the lie.

 So from the Khemlani publication comes the fictitious vote as NUMBER ONE , and in the below TAX PAID  summer 2001 publication the "INSIDER" McLemore inserts his glorious discovery.  

Even the drawing depicting the City of Winter Springs is phony.

one more time  ----  where does the msn web site show a number #1 rating ---  and most of all -- who  voted ?

        This is a typical example of spreading false rumors to enhance a position.    You can insert any information, and point it to any City to come up with exactly what McLemore achieved.   To arrive at the conclusion that MSN HomeAdvisor web site is indicating  Winter Springs as being NUMBER ONE is deceitful and phony! 

                 But again -- this is your City Officials and the Khemlani cronyism.
