INCUMBENTS  FAILING  IN  VOTING  BOOTHS  FOR  GROWTH  MIS-MANAGEMENT AND  BUILDER'S  GREED!

All around Central Florida the voter's have taken special notice of candidates supported by the influence of money contributions from developers, builders, realtors, management companies, and businesses who have their hands in the pockets of politicians, or are seeking political favors for the uncontrolled growth around Central Florida.    The most visible story would be the race in Seminole County for a vacated commission seat was a the defeat of the commissioner from Winter Springs seeking that County position.

Winter Springs commissioner Blake who NEVER had to run a campaign while seated for almost ten years as a city commissioner spent thousands of campaign dollars, mostly contributed by the development groups as described above, only to find himself totally rejected by the very people he had represented for all those years.    That along with his negative campaigning, and the untruth statements of claims to fame --- brought him down.

Out of the thirteen (13) precincts in Winter Springs he manage to barely carry even three (3) of those.   The rest where all vastly in favor of his opponent --- of which one where the opponent had little recognition overwhelmingly voted against Blake by over a 65% majority, because of Blake's support for VAST growth within their community of condos and etc. while letting the infrastructure deteriorate.

Blake was but one of the three of the McLemore "rat-pack" running for re-election.    Two more of McLemore's "raging-rodents" are still seeking their same seats in order to continue along the planned direction of "over-growth" as outlined by McLemore and his developers contacts.    After all --- if you read the link [ 1620 Eagle Nest Circle ] you will notice McLemore's chance to reap great monetary rewards for real-estate development --- especially in the areas of affordable housing and condos now being touted by your current City government of Winter Springs.   Just look at all the condos and apartment arising around your neighborhoods.

The lessons below --- obviously learned by EX- commissioner Blake -- stand  TRUE  for the other  TWO  current City of Winter Springs politicians trying to hold on to their current seats.    They have to --- they have too much invested, and too much to lose should they not be re-elected.    All three have served the same pattern of development and growth as outlined by their boss McLemore, and NONE have voted against ANY of the projects !

Now --- the mayor may say -- "I don't vote" -- but he CAN  veto, or even voice an opinion prior to passage of ANY pattern of growth detrimental to the residents of Winter Springs.     Has He ?    No -- NEVER --- nor even voiced an opinion supporting the vocal opposition by citizens.    Definitely in the pockets of developers at all costs.

The Winter Springs Golf Course is a fine example of his support of developers.    The city could have bought it for LESS than what they paid for the Wincey property (per acre) for the expansion of their continued commercialization of the taxpayers' Central Winds Park.

MORE LINKS that brought down an incumbent -- who favored developers and massive growth --

SO -- you can see -- it doesn't take anything to be a politician.    Just take all the "special interest" money you can, and spend it on making up lies.    There's even an ex-city commissioner trying to get back into the money game again.     Martinez moved back to Winter Springs to be able to join his buddies on raking in some of the dough they stand to make for deceiving the public (he voted as a non-resident of Winter Springs while a commissioner, and everyone in city hall knew it) -- as usual !

The best thing the voters can do is find someone that is NOT a politician, that has NEVER held an office, that a neighbor, a friend, or a least some one that can be trusted, and have them run for an office.   The voters should then vote for those people who's pictures are not splashed all over tax paid websites and literature, and vote for them.    At least that would be a FRESH and HONEST start.

So Vote For The Newcomer On Your Ballot --

The Incumbents have to go !
