PAY RAISE than all
other city employees ! Read what happened before employees
got another COST of
LIVING PAY RAISE at
a time when all budgets were left in tact, city lost it's fire department to
the County through a slick many year maneuver by the city manager.
His commission cronies gave him a bigger pay raise, and cut city events so
this man could feed his
THREEGOLDEN PARACHUTERETIREMENT PLANS.

along with an out of control City Government, Mayor, City Manager, and City

Gilmore, Miller, and McGinnis go against citizens of Winter Springs with a
NEW
property tax. Is this to cover city manager's big pay
hike, and his three pensions plans paid by taxpayers? Was
the Mayor also was in on the proceedings by the way he handles commission
meetings by his rudeness in not allowing his opposition to fully express
themselves while allowing the
crony commissioners to babble
on?
Has the pension plans of the city been brought to the proper perspective?
After all city McLemore gets taxpayer dollars paid into
ALL THREE OF HIS,
while city employees have but the one. It is a known fact that
this McLemore generated plan will decrease into one of the city's most
financial barriers of all time.
How can the taxpayers afford to continue contributing
13.3% percent
annually of an employee's yearly salary into a retirement fund?
That fund may be fully funded
AT THIS TIME,
or possibly long enough for the city manager to reap his full potential out
of it until it bankrupts the city.
The Winter Springs
commission even reimbursed him for his loses in his TWO ICMA Retirement
FUNDS when the .COM market collapsed, and wiped out his TWO FUNDS.
He had better hope those funds -- paid for by the taxpayers --- are at least
better invested this time, or would Gilmore, Miller, and McGinnis again bail
him out of his own bad investments as before? Does your
retirement fund receive a 13.3% percent annual contribution from your
employer? One would have a safe bet that no other governmental
fund in this State has such a ridiculous pension plan --
a la the McLemore Scam!

manager McLemore has just pulled another "PEARL
HARBOR "
sneak attack on the taxpayers of the City of Winter Springs. He
does it EVERY
year !
AFTER
the years upcoming budget, and the property taxes have been set for the new
year's when this sneak attack is made upon the peoples tax dollars for this city
manager's pay increases, and eventually those of his favorite employees so it
doesn't attract the attention of the public! He does
NOT
want these figures to appear on the line items of the upcoming budgets for fear
of his LACKEYS
finally seeing through this very deceitful manipulation by his office.
One would think the commission would finally wise up to this manipulation of
your tax dollars, but he has his
THREE CRONY VOTES
on the dais so he will continue this practice.
As long as he has his THREE
CRONIES to vote his will
into the current established budgets he will continue to do this. He
has been told that if they weren't in by at
LEAST
December of his requested year he wouldn't have them considered, but it makes no
difference to him as long as he is
assured of his three votes.
At the present time he
has Miller, McGinnis,
and Gilmore
who will not challenge him upon this deceitful yearly maneuver.
Commissioners Brown and Krebs voted against this devious man's request.
TIME FOR A CHANGE

with people who represent the citizens of Winter Springs !
There are two people running for office this year that could change the
government of the City drastically ---
IF ELECTED !

for any know candidate running for public office, but we sure as heck can bring
to the attention of the public the deficiencies of the current government.
We have done this for years. but some how the marauding vultures attacking your
tax dollars have managed to retain control of the City of Winter Springs.
THIS IS THE YEAR -- 2008 --
TO CORRECT THIS TAX SPENDING FRENZIES OF YOUR MONEY !

having the figures complied to show our readers just exactly how this pay raise
effects the budget turmoil the city manager continues (12 years to date) to
fleece the figures that have already been established for the upcoming budgeted
year. This is ONE of the reasons the City of Winter Springs
could not afford to maintain their own fire department for the reasons plus
actions of this city mangler. Just one phase of the deceit is --
1. The 4%
percent increase of his
salary. Above and beyond the cost of living index.
2. The INCREASE
of tax money to his two
PRIVATE GOLDEN PARACHUTE retirement plans.
3. The INCREASE
of the city's
PENSION PLAN above the cost of the
already established plan.
4. The INCREASE
of the salaries -- once
again already established
in the new
budgets.
Then he
can continue his plunder of your tax dollars with NEW
EMPLOYEES, and raise increases for
his people inside city hall that
comply to his wishes and whims.
HIS YES PEOPLE !
This happens
EVERY YEAR
as desired by the city manager --- you can
count on it ! He will put his request in for his
2008 INCREASE
in salary sometime during the year of 2009. Go back and check
the records -- this is a yearly contrive plan to enhance his personal gain
regardless of the city's money woes .
TWO
of those three controlled voting seats are up for you -- the taxpayer -- to
change on November the 4th, 2008.
DO NOT
listen to the political ploy and deceit of his current
THREE CRONIES
--- including the mayor ---
when voting this November. Ask
ALL
candidates running for office just what their intentions are to the above ploy,
and what they intend to do to correct this yearly scam. Pay
close attention to the ties of
ANY
of those candidates to the current political machine sitting on your city's
dais. This is
VERY important in order
to restore THE PEOPLE'S
GOVERNMENT to the City of
Winter Springs, Florida !
