CAMPAIGN CAPERS BY THE "RAT PACK" !
Imbecilic campaign cronyism running wild in Winter Springs.
PFGG had to publish a retraction regarding the recent accusation in the Seminole Chronicle by Eddie Martinez (campaigning) that the Highland HOA was somehow involved in the rental of the Mize for Mayor campaign kickoff. The writer of the article NEVER even attended that by "invitation" only party.
If anyone checks the campaign treasurer reports they will find that the Highlands Clubhouse was rented by a private individual, and listed as a gift in-kind to the Mize campaign. The Chronicle was absolutely incorrect in the article, and should have NEVER editorialized on such false information. But look where they got the information --- Martinez/Miller/McGinnis, and a crony named Smith.
All said they were only there to contribute to the campaign. That's exactly how stupid they are for all they had to do was to go to the website to contribute --- after all it WAS a "private" (for the Martinez/McGinnis/Miller coalition that means) party by invitation only. Those imbeciles didn't even get an invitation. They just don't understand --- they are not liked. Who likes rats from the "rat-pack" led by "Pied Piper" Ronnie McLemore? [ See Orlando Sentinel quote ]
If this writer was in the Mize campaign I'd call them all, and give them an address where they can mail their contributions ---- after all, that's the ONLY reason they said they were trying to get in the first place. It'd look bad on financial reports, and these people surely didn't want to look any worst than they already have made themselves.
Mr. Martinez's remarks might wind him in legal trouble should a particular private person decide to sue for libel. Along with the paperwork trail he has left on property dealings, this guy should be more than ripe for an investigation of some kind on those dealings. They're a real piece of work.
What's more, Mr. Martinez and his sidekick, Commissioner Bob Miller, showed up uninvited for the Mize campaign kickoff a half-hour early, and in a highly emotional manner (did they hit the Karaoke bar first?). Mr. Miller in particular was quite combative. He must have been judging a Karaoke contest again --- and came up with a sore loser ---- who ruffled his feathers.
Why in the world would these two guys -- who are now apparently quite the couple around town -- want to crash a party for the candidate they are clearly not backing? Miller and Martinez are in Bush's corner! Why? The answer is obvious --- the candidate is not a member of their "rat-pack".
Even after being not admitted to a "private" function the "rat-pack" reverted to other extreme measures, since they could not par-take in the festivities, by planting cronies out at the swimming pool to observe who was in attendance at the party.
In fact, one member Smith --- the McGinnis crony -- planted herself in the parking lot taking down license plate numbers. That's just plain stupid and dumb --- what was she going to do with those numbers --- turn them over to the police for a "lawful" gathering?
We guess it's because David Mize is not a City Hall insider, and he has definitely not been "McLemorized", nor certainly would become a member of the "rat-pack" as so ably described in a "ORLANDO SENTINEL" article by a REPORTER as quoted by a very intelligent Oviedo resident.
In fact, if anyone can send the HIGH PRICED city manager packing, it's this retired Marine Corps officer Mize ---- ever see a Marine run away from a good fight? It would be good to see that Air Force person "Shirley" Miller stand up to a REAL veteran. Wonder how many combat ribbons "Shirley" has?
Finally, the writer of the Seminole Chronicle article, Alex Babcock, wasn't even present at the event! No reporter was there, just a photographer from the Chronicle's freelance staff (and they got the captions wrong in one of the photos). It was printed wrong in the paper, but corrected on their internet version ---- without ANY notations as to the inaccuracy.
Good thing the Chronicle, and Voice are free. No one should ever pay to read them ----
in fact the City of Winter Springs
gives them away in their city hall lobby.
Save your money!

There will be more on the scurrying of the "rat-pack" members coming up. Several emails, and phone calls have prompted more insight on their movement, and scurrilous writings by the "rat-pack" members. It actually comes down to the funny, and obnoxious ways of the frenzy feeding of McLemore's "rat-park". It's comical to say the least. It is even present on the City of Winter Springs dais, in which it is allowed to become a matter of record by one of it's leaders --- current Mayor Bush.

Just in --- Winter Springs Commissioner Blake seeking the same at the County level returned ALL the money contributed by his "Pied Piper" Winter Springs City Manager "Ronnie" McLemore -- $1,000.00 -- back to him.
Hmm-m -- is something wrong in the Blake campaign? With his far reach into the pockets of developers, lawyers, and outside Seminole County ----- does his money pockets have a glitch?
PFGG just read the article published in the same paper. It's a real piece of work. Whoever wrote it has to be dumber than the people he got the story from. He's TOTALLY out of control in that article. We'll be publishing it along with side comments outlining the stupidity of the article. Talk about someone having their head in the sand ! It's hard to believe this guy pretends to be a reporter. He didn't report -- he daydreamed! Coming within the next couple of days. We have to check with some TRUE FACT sources! The reporter's "astute" fellows are far from that description -- they're liars!.
