City Officials DIDN'T tell the TRUTH !

Higher Millage Rate Passed By Commission !
Commissioners set like bumps on a log during public input, and then lied through their grinning teeth as they passed the highest millage rate (4.75) in the history of Winter Springs !
There are so many of those lies that it will take an extra day to list them. We WILL use names of Commissioners lying AGAIN to -- THE PUBLIC! Voter fraud should even be given close scrutiny. Eight people on the dais know what that is --- the Mayor, Commissioners, City Manager, and the City Attorney!
The public agenda item is to be used as the topic of discussion, and final vote at the 9/26/05 Commission Meeting contains the usual blanks as provided by the City Manager. This was taken directly from the City's web site at 6:27 PM the Friday before the meeting. So, it is very obvious the City Manger doesn't know WHAT his budget is as has been the case for the past three years.
The figures below this agenda item will point out just how much your City officials have been lying to the public. With the 2005 millage rate they are about to set they will have raised your taxes FOUR CONSECUTIVE YEARS ! Not only that, but the figures show THREE CONSECUTIVE years of budget DEFICIENCIES. The figures below show the City people HAVEN'T been telling the truth !

Your City officials have been telling you all along that taxes haven't been raised in a decade. That's really hard to believe when the budget has actually INCREASED over six (6) million dollars in just four years. What makes it worst is the actual budget figures, and millage rate increases come from their OWN web site. Now for the tax increases the past four years.

PS. Another UNKNOWN factor not related at ANYTIME to the VOTING public --- the budget DEFICIT the past three years has been over $2,000,000 million dollars. Ask yourself -- which City official has been LYING?
